I recently injured my knee and made an appointment to see an orthopedic doctor. I was able to see the PA. After being xrayed, he recommended an MRI. I waited a week to hear from them and finally was able to communicate with them, their MRI machine was broken. I requested an appointment with another facility. I had the MRI, was given a copy on a disc and no diagnosis. I was told the orthopedic doc would contact me. After several days of no communication, I was prompted to text Dr. Jennifer Miller. I had my results within 30 minutes and a course of treatment. I called the orthopedic office and was given a follow up appointment a month following my first appointment. No diagnosis or treatment. If it weren't for Dr. Miller I would still be hobbling around on my injured knee, completely in the dark as to the cause of my discomfort. I work in a dental practice and I liken this to our office taking an xray on a hurting patient and waiting a month to diagnose them. Unfortunately, I feel like this is the norm today for medical treatment. I am so grateful to Dr. Miller and MDVIP for my personal care and prompt treatment. Moving to a new community after almost 50 years of adult life is difficult. Not only moving away from lifelong friends, but those wonderful physicians who also became wonderful friends leaves a giant hole in your very being. My first meeting with Dr. Jennifer Miller was not as a physician, but as an accomplished family friend of my daughter and her family. At the time, Dr. Miller was not a MDVIP affiliate, but known for her excellent care here for all her patients. I was slow in giving up my doctors of many years in my former home, 400 miles away, probably not the best direction for a woman in her 70’s! However, my health was overall good and my needs were few. When she opened her MDVIP practice, my Sister in law, daughter, and now college age granddaughter became patients , as well as many new friends here! They all loved her, and are so grateful to be patients! The immediate, thorough care from Dr. Miller is outstanding, actually unbelievable, in these days of Healthcare with so many roadblocks to getting to your healthcare provider! Meet Jennifer K. Miller, MD

For almost 20 years, I have dedicated myself to caring for the entire patient. While medical specialists focus on individual systems (heart, lungs, brain...), my role as a Family Practitioner is to consider the person as a whole, integrating how all of these important pieces come together.

As your personal doctor, I will partner with you to create an individualized wellness program that better serves your unique needs. Whether you have existing health concerns or strive to prevent future illness, I will guide you each step of the way. As an MDVIP-affiliated family physician, I have more time to ask the important questions about your health history, review your records from specialists and advocate for your care. Using a compassionate and knowledge-based approach, I will provide you with the expertise to help you achieve your goals in both health and life.

My practice, centrally located in the Golden Isles, serves communities between Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA including Brunswick, Jekyll Island, Saint Simons and Sea Island. My interests extend beyond family medicine and include dermatology, diabetes, cardiovascular health, preventive medicine and travel medicine. The MDVIP-affiliated practice provides me with both the tools and the time to provide optimal care for my patients. I also offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to better health.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

DR Miller is great. She is incredibly smart and always listens. She is also very accommodating to try and work you in the best she could if you had a last minute issue. Her staff is also really great. My husband also switched to her after she went MD VIP I was going to stay with her and he was going to get a new dr until he went randomly by there one day soon before she switched over and was seen right away by the nurse

Dr. Miller made a diagnosis that other physicians had missed. That allowed me to get treatment and I'm much improved. She has a wonderful staff. With her new limited patient practice it's like having a personal physician. Avoiding 9:00 a.m. appointments with waiting rooms crowded by people who also have 9:00 a.m. appointments is very much appreciated. Dr. Miller coordinates the treatment I get from specialists very well. I am fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Dr Jennifer Miller is a meticulous and caring physician. When she learned that ER physicians had ignored serious symptoms because of a murky xray, she took immediate action and ordered a CAT-scan. When it revealed a large tumor that was crushing my aorta, she rushed me to the hospital and set up immediate appointments with a team of surgeon, radiologist and oncologist. Thanks to her swift, effective, life-saving action, I have been cancer-free for over six years. MDVIP is very expensive for my wife and me, but we enrolled because we love Dr Miller and wanted to stay under her care.

Apparently Dr. Miller is only a "Health and Wellness" practice. When my husband got COVID and I was diagnosed by her husband's Glynn Immediate Care with a bronchial infection, she decides we require too much attention. She literally fired us when we needed treatment the most. I joined her MDVIP frachise because they claim to be a "Concierge" practice. This means she charges us each $1800/year for our physicals, then submits them to our insurance. None of that is included in the additional fees she charges for every appointment. She hides behind her excellent staff, but it can't hide her lack of professionalism or ability to treat actual illness. Find a Doctor who is actually concerned about diagnosing and treating illness, not doing unnecessary tests.

I still have trouble believing that I receive medical care from a practice that has at most 2-3 people in the waiting room, offers same day and next day appointments, and has providers who aren't in a hurry to finish with me and move on to the next patient. But that's how it is. I imagine it's tough being an office manager in a medical practice. But one part of the job is easier here, because it doesn't involve having to deal with complaints when the doctor has no time to respond to patient questions or prompt appointments aren't available. So i see Brandi at the front desk as a part of my health care team, not as a screener or bearer of disappointing information. Donna is an amazingly competent and caring nurse, it's obvious she enjoys being part of a practice that doesn't require her to rush because patients are backed up waiting to be seen. Doctor Miller is, well, Doctor Miller. She's awesome. I am very grateful i had the opportunity to become a patient in an MDVIP practice.

NO MORE crowded waiting rooms, it's usually empty, seen at appointment time;
NO MORE waiting for an appointment, can get one the day I ask for one or the next day;
NO MORE problems reaching my doctor if I need to immediately, I use her private cell phone number;
NO MORE cursory, assembly line physicals, the annual MDVIP wellness physical takes over an hour and covers everything, cost is included in the MDVIP subscription fee, and getting it elsewhere would cost at least half of that fee, which provides all the benefits listed above.

I would not refer anyone to this doctor. She took over Dr. Lott's patients when she retired. I drove from Jville, FL twice to wait over 1 hour each time to see her assistant. Never the actual doctor. My mom was also a patient that came over from Dr. Lott. Dr. Miller misdiagnosed my mother with a fatal disease that would have her live up to 3 yrs. When I tried to get FMLA papers filled out, so I could attend appointments with my mom, this office refused to filled them out. I had to report this office to the Medical Board of Georgia. All she could say was I made a mistake when she gave incorrect information. Never have I ever seen such from a Dr"s office.
