About Michael E. Cobble, MD, FNLA
My goal as a primary care physician is to provide a healthy medical environment where our entire office partners with you to effectively address current medical issues and prevent new ones. Growing up in a rural community, I understand the importance of close relationships and value personalized medical care. Having a family affected by heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, and cancer has shown me how important it is to effectively address and prevent these issues. I think of every patient in my practice as they are part of my family and I want them to get the medical care and support they want and deserve. This is a partnership to improve the quality of medical visits and your life.
Providing primary care services for over 22 years has been both challenging and rewarding. The challenge has been keeping up with continuing education. Even with this challenge, I have received a Masters in Psychopharmacology to treat severe depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I have become a Certified Hypertension Specialist to manage blood pressure care preventing strokes, heart attacks, kidney and heart failure and also have become a Clinical Lipidologist to help care for your good and bad cholesterol, triglyceride, and fats to reduce bypasses, strokes and heart attacks. I also continue to teach new students at the University of Utah.
The reward has been taking care of each and every patient! As an MDVIP-affiliated physician I can FOCUS more on each patient. My new practice will return to the grass roots where each patient is important and special. I will personalize your care, get to know your family, and have the time to visit and discuss ALL prevention and treatment options. I am excited to be the family doctor who can take care of you when you have the flu, call you with lab results, and be able to see you the next day after you get out of the hospital.

Reviews from the web
This is true with every medical office that has
Hispanic receptionist.
Im sorry to say it like this because im
Myself in the service industry and a Hispanic woman, this behavior is wrong in every aspect.
I called just to get an appointment for a medical exam.
The person on the other side with a Argentinian accent (probably) was not helpful at all
I asked questions about the process and she seemed so put off by the fact that im asking questions and I want to know what am paying for, She was condecendent and not helpful at all.
Health care providers forget the We are who pays for this services meaning we are the customers!
You need to sell a product with good manners at least
Needles to say im taking my business elsewhere
I really hope consumers realize that we earn this money that we pay for all kinds of services and we deserve to be treated with respect because without US there is not business meaning not money for them.
We need to stop supporting these people if we want to be treated like a person and not like a burden.
PLEASE GET BETTER HELP THAN THE ONE YOU HAVE TAKING CALLS.

Getting an appointment with Dr. Cobble is easy. Just make sure you leave a message so he can call you back within the day. You can finish your paper within 10 days if everything is good. Dr. Cobble even gave me advice on my pregnancy. I really feel his concern for his patients. Just make sure to be in his clinic on your exact appointment time and not be too early. If you prioritize clear communication and attentive care, Dr. Cobble is an excellent choice.
In my opinion he should have training on how to treat people better; especially your patients.
Frequently Asked Questions
Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
