Michael Yamane has been my MD for as long as I've lived in Pennsylvania - now over 25 years. I feel blessed that I was referred to him.

Dr. Yamane is very caring. About a year ago I had a terrible cough and spoke to him on the phone. He prescribed medication and I was being treated. He then stopped by my house on his way home and checked my chest to make sure I didn't have pneumonia. First time I've had a house call in decades. Dr. Y. Is the best. We think the world of him.

I have been a patient of Dr Michael Yamane for greater than 15 years. The only reason I joined MDVIP is so I could continue to see him when he left Mercer Medical. He is a kind, caring & very educated physician. I trust him & greatly appreciate all he has done for me over the years. I have numerous health issues which have caused me to call him at night, on weekends & even when he is on vacation & he always responds in a very timely fashion. I recently asked him not to retire while I am still here. I would be lost without him. Recently I was diagnosed with MDS & before that diagnosis he ordered blood work to make sure I didn’t have leukemia. As things progressed it was suggested I see a hematologist, oncologist & had a bone marrow biopsy done. The hematologist acknowledged that Dr Yamame was very thorough & was grateful for the information he sent him. He continues to update my cardiologist, nephrologist & hematologist on a regular basis, which is more than I can say for them. I believe Dr Yamane is not taking any new patients or believe me I would recommend him to all my family & friends.

I am a snowbird who lives in Florida during the winter and NJ in the summer. Whenever I have a health problem Dr. Yamane always provides helpful guidance to get me back on track. He also has a calming demeanor that puts you at ease when dealing with your health problems. He provides support and medical information for me to become more familiar and comfortable with my medical issues. No matter when I call him with a health problem he always provides me what I need to deal with with my problems.
