Reviews from the web
Dr. Coye goes above and beyond to care for me. When I had Covid, his staff called me everyday to check on me and be sure I was taking the right meds. and supplements.
Dr. Coye is a Christian man of integrity. I am so grateful he is my doctor.
my care
First off, I pay $4000 per year to be seen by him to a third party vendor.
His office sets appointments and expects you to be there 15 minutes before the appointment time. If you are a minute late, they will reschedule you like I experienced today. My appointment was at 8:30 and was arriving at 8:25. They called and said I had to be rescheduled. Mind you, I work and only have a certain day to see him. If my appointment is at 8:15 and not 8:30, and I arrive at 8:25, I understand, I am 10 minutes late to my appointment. But to be late to their 15 minutes early policy and be rescheduled is absurd for what I am paying to see him. I am not happy with the level of “VIP” service I am receiving for paying MDVIP prices. As a practitioner myself who sees patients, we give our patients a 15 minute grace period from the start of their appointment to their arrival to still be seen. Their policy for their appointment times doesn’t show grace. If you want me there by 8:15, don’t say my appointment is at 8:30 with a 15 minute early policy. Just say to patients in the future that you need to be there by 8:15.
How grateful we are to the Lord for leading us to Dr. Coye! Never before have we received such comprehensive care. As new health issues developed Dr. Coye has referred us to the most skilled & trustworthy specialists. When we had questions about recommended treatments, Dr. Coye personally mediated those conversations.
Dr. Coye’s commitment to stay abreast of the latest medical developments is extraordinary. His knowledge of supplements, Rx & how various conditions interact is amazing. Dr. Coye always asks pertinent questions & takes time to really listen. He is a great communicator - articulates complex topics into terms I can understand. We also greatly appreciate the patient portal where we can send & receive messages.
Dr. Coye is not only an exceptional doctor but he is also a Godly man. His Christian character is evident in a multitude of ways. Humble, compassionate, caring, gentle, patient, faithful and wise to name just a few! We have the utmost confidence in Dr. Coye & trust him without reservation. Our only regret is that we didn’t move here sooner!
The doctor's affiliation with MDVIP is a huge plus. The affiliation allows me to ask questions for both he and his staff regarding health issues, prescriptions, and virtually any other medical related issues. The phone connection provided by other physicians is frustrating and frequently ineffective.
I can't conclude without mentioning that Dr. Coye's faith in God comes through with every visit. It is obvious he cares for your soul as well as your physical being.
Frequently Asked Questions
Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
