About Robert C. Dimski, MD
My goal as your personal doctor is to partner with you to help improve your health, vitality and overall enjoyment of life. For many, healthcare has become a depersonalized experience of difficulty getting appointments, long waits and hurried visits with a physician or provider anxious to move on to the next patient. I can promise you a much different experience, focused on personalized service, reachability after hours and a “high tech/high touch” approach to providing cutting-edge primary care. I will work with you at each step to help you make informed decisions toward achieving your goals – whether they be positive lifestyle changes such as weight loss or exercise; stroke, heart disease and dementia prevention; or care coordination with specialists for chronic disease management. Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time.
As one of the few family medicine doctors in central Oklahoma offering this personalized healthcare approach, I provide care that can help you navigate an increasingly challenging system with one goal in mind: enhancing the healthcare experience for you, my patient.
My practice is located in Midwest City, Oklahoma, and serves patients from Eastern Oklahoma County, the greater Oklahoma City metro and throughout the state – as far-reaching as Prague, Ardmore and Guymon. We focus on heart attack and stroke prevention, healthy lifestyles and wellness, in addition to all aspects of primary care. I’m not affiliated with any one hospital system, and I refer my patients to the specialists and facilities to which I would send my own family member to ensure they are in good hands.

Because of these many years of association, we know each other's family histories! And at each visit with Dr. Bob, it's always a "gabfest" about what's new with our kids, where we've traveled to…
Reviews from the web
Went in for a FAA Medical Exam. $200. About 15 minutes into the assistant doing some exams he comes in and gives some bad news then we end the exam. Did not finish. This is where he unfortunately became greedy. I’m happy to pay for someones time but what I’m not happy with is getting charged for a full exam when not doing a full exam. I asked what he charged an hour. He said $200 and it’s been 45. I agreed even though I had only talked with him 10 minutes. Then since we both agreed on that, $50 should be refunded. He just smirked in a very unprofessional manner. I just left because there is no point in making a scene. I DO NOT recommend him for anything. He isn’t there for the patients he is there for money. I will say the ladies in there were nice though.
Frequently Asked Questions
Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
