Dr. Fisher has been our PCM since 2002. Life took a family-related downward turn but Dr Fisher was there to help me through the crises situations that arose from that time. Over the years I had some fairly significant health issues and Dr fisher was the one that saw me through those times. Honestly, (and I know this appears repetitive from my last input) I don't believe I would be where I… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
As one of the few family medicine doctors in Huntsville offering this personalized healthcare approach, I am committed to serving my patients and working together to help them achieve their personal goals. My MDVIP-affiliated practice also offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.
My practice is located in Huntsville, Alabama, and serves patients from Athens, Gurley, Harvest, Huntsville, Laceys Spring, Madison, Meridianville, New Market, Owens Cross Roads and Tennessee. In addition to being a primary care physician, I am also a diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology and a certified specialist in clinical hypertension. My practice focuses on heart health and preventive care in addition to all aspects of primary care, and I am affiliated with Huntsville Hospital and Crestwood Hospital.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Fisher
My new doctor is Dr. Fisher, Huntsville AL. When he had only been my doctor for a few months I landed in the hospital 2 times. Dr. Fisher came to see me both times to check on me which was so beyond the call of duty and my husband and I SO appreciated his special care for me. He was the first face I saw when I was in ICU. Thank you Dr. Fisher for caring enough for your patients that you… See more
I really appreciate the fact Dr. Fisher takes time out from his busy schedule to chat with you. During my yearly physical he always makes it a point to ask what is going on in our life. We discuss a myriad of topics all very interesting, which many times causes me to go home and do some research. This always keeps the old brain cells active, especially with all the advancements in the medical… See more
Since we have been going to Dr. Fisher, he has NEVER let us down. He returns calls, always has appointments available, and totally and completely covers our needs regardless of how long or how many visits it takes. He is aware of the specialists in town and their strengths and has always referred us to the best. More importantly, he is willing to refer us when there is a need and does not… See more
I am still a new patient. He is still a new doctor to me..
After several years having problems with a foot, he listened on the first visit. Mobility, being one of my major concerns, he sent me to a therapist.. after the second visit to the therapist, I have so much improvement.
I think Dr. Tom Fisher for listening. I’m very anxious to see how this year goes..
I am still not… See more
Dr Fisher listens !!
He and his staff are great to be around and we are grateful to have found him.
I always leave a Wellness follow up visit with Dr Fisher feeling very confident because of the time and thoroughness he takes with me explaining the lab results, if there are any areas of concern, what I need to do to correct the issue and if I have strong areas he takes the time to emphasize a job well done. Again a confidence builder. I can’t say that I ever had a family doctor who was a… See more
In Fall 2022 , I at -home tested positive for Covid (age 79). I spoke with Dr Fisher's nurse who advised the basic at home treatment ( no fever just sever sore throat), I had all the vaccines available, and I am seldom if ever sick and no 'underlying conditions' This continued several days(4), no fever , just terrible sore throat and no moderation). By Saturday I was… See more
After retirement I desperately wanted toI move back to my hometown. I wanted to be with my daughters and grand children. There was no MD VIP physician and worse no Tobin. I sadly canceled my membership and went in one last time. We spoke about my fears of someone new. He was willing to accommodate video calls and have me do labs local to me. Then I only have need to go in for big deal… See more
Dr. Fisher, took care of me over Christmas, to make sure I had the right medications. I was sick through the holidays. And he made sure I had what I needed,
