When a dear friend recommended Dr. Mark Dodson and the MDVIP program in Corpus Christi I was a little hesitant, but that soon changed after signing up!

I met Dr. Dodson and told him about my past medical history and concerns. He immediately made referrals to fellow professional specialists who saw me in short order! These recommendations were top notch Dr.’s who were awesome. They tested me for things and put my health on track to make the sudden difference in my life and gave me an outlook that I had been lacking for many years!

Dr. Dodson’ staff are also quite remarkable. The front office is always on point with responsiveness to fill prescriptions and making appointments (next day if needed) They are so polite and helpful— it’s just amazing to me that medical staff is so much like I experienced 40 years ago in a small rural town.

Also, of most importance is recognizing Jami Dodson FNP. she is simply the best! She makes it a point to give undivided attention and detailed care to where you’d think that you were her only patient. I cannot speak highly enough about Jami!

I would recommend to anyone who is frustrated with less than proactive healthcare approach, which is the norm in many practices today, to get in the MDVIP program. It’s well worth the small cost and pays dividends in the benefit of knowing there’s a team of professionals who will make a difference in your health, life and outlook!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost 8 years since I started seeing Dr Dodson. I have been through some difficult times over these past few years and honestly, now much of it seems like it went by in a blur - for a period of time I was in survival mode just trying to keep moving forward and maintain my sanity and some sense of normalcy in the midst of loss and major life changes. I know I could not have made it through without the support, guidance, and care Dr Dodson has provided me since the day he became my doctor. He is an excellent physician, he listens and actually pays attention to what is going on with his patients and treats you as an individual with focus on assessment and care specific to your needs and goals. This is the first doctors office where I have not felt like a number or one in a herd of cattle being run through as quickly as possible. They actually know who I am when I call or come in. It’s a rare find these days and I’m grateful to have Dr Dodson as my PCP. I have been so impressed by Dr Dodson and the genuine care he provides for his patients that even after I moved to another city, I still travel back to Corpus for my appointments to see him. He would be a hard act for another doc to follow and I will continue to return because I’m pretty sure anyone else I went to see after being his patient all these years would be a disappointment in comparison. Thank you Dr Dodson for keeping me healthy and sane and helping me through the ups and downs of life. You’re one of a kind and I appreciate you!

Hank and I love Dr. Mark Dodson. He is always ready to listen and take action. He doesn't delay calling for tests to ensure things are right. We have the utmost confidence in his abilities to take care of our health needs and that he'll be there when we need him. Dr. D tries to keep us on the straight and narrow path to health and wellness. He is one of the reasons we strive to be healthy people.
