He is very kind, compassionate, attentive

Having the pleasure of working with Dr Phillips is by far the best experience I have ever had medically. I have some rare and difficult medical issues that had me turned away by many Dr's previously. He is very kind, compassionate, attentive and is always seeking new and various ways of care. I cannot speak any more highly of him than I do now.
