Ben Stapleton, COO

Ben Stapleton joined MDVIP in 2025 as Chief Operations Officer. He was previously Chief Operations Officer for Crossroads Treatment Centers where he led a team of 800 employees and 160 providers across 100 plus opioid addiction centers serving 25,000 clients. a He was previously Chief Clinical Operations Officer for Everside Health, an onsite primary care and occupational health solution for companies and their employees. In addition to leading an operation with 1,400 employees, including more than 500 providers at 400 primary care centers, Ben was responsible for clinical operations and involved with Everside’s healthcare acquisitions. Before Everside, Ben was Group Vice President of Corporate Development, Kidney Care for Davita, a national leader in kidney disease treatment. Through multiple positions, Ben headed business development for 12 western states for the company. Before moving into healthcare, Ben worked in investment for multiple companies, including Deutche Bank, Onslow Advisors, Greywolf Capital and Morgan Stanley. Ben has a Master of Arts in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Harvard College. Outside of work, Ben enjoys skiing, biking, golf and running. He ran the 2003 New York City Marathon. He also likes reading biographies and is a big fan of the Denver Brocos.
