My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Of greatest importance to me is the well-being of my patients. I believe in efforts toward preventive medical care, striving to keep patients off medications if possible. When medications, medical technology or referral to medical specialists is necessary, I realize that careful consideration to choose only the best for my patients is of paramount importance. I work very hard to nurture an effective doctor-patient relationship and gain a great deal of joy from sharing laughter with my patients.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Pearson

from Steve in GA March 5, 2018 for Jacqueline T. Pearson, MD

Dr. Pearson takes all the time I need to explain my problems, and works with me to make a real solution. She doesn't force a solution on me, so that it's more likely I'll do it. She's been my doctor from times I was in bad health to now, where I am 20 years older, but in much better health. I've had other PCPs and specialists that give the impression from the get-go… See more

I can't express enough what MDVIP and especially Dr. Jacqueline Pearson mean to me. I was in her office just last week and was so confused about what to do about
a back issue and whether or not to have another procedure done. My pain had subsided completely and Dr. Pearson suggested not having it. It was my gut feeling too but I needed her intellectual thoughts on why I shouldn… See more

Dr Pearson is a partner in our health care. In addition to her being simply the best doctor we both have ever had she is has a profound effect on how we should alter our lifestyle in positive ways that include nutrition as well as exercise regimens that have us walking at least 25 miles a week and eating better.

We always joke about if the food at the restaurants we dine in would be… See more

We are very grateful for the excellent care Jacqueline Pearson has shown for us over the last 15 years. Most notably for her being available 24/7 for consultation with several doctors in northern Michigan while I was hospitalized. The MI doctors determined my problem was gall bladder. A surgeon was called in to remove it. I was in the hospital over a week, and I felt like my guardian angel… See more

Not only is Dr. Jacqueline Pearson available 24/7/365, but she takes TIME to listen and to ask intelligent/probing questions. I feel like she always has my back. She has referred me to some excellent specialists. I feel very comfortable in her care. Love the staff and convenient location. When I was in Michigan with my wife who had to be hospitalized while we were on vacation, I felt… See more

As far as having Dr. Jacqueline Pearson as my MDVIP doctor, there are few words in the English dictionary that describe her and her practice. BUT here are a few: respectful, capable, sincere, professional, spirited, awesome, good at communicating her knowledge and expertise....etc. I have, on several occasions, received phone calls in the early evening about a test result. This truly set my… See more
