Several years I had an abdominal vein tear needing emergency surgery. I have also had several instances of clotting. Dr Penner is my internist and has followed up with me ever since, closely monitoring my blood clotting levels.
I so appreciate his approach - always calm and conservative. I trust him implicitly and hate to think he might retire one day.

Dr. Penner is always there for me, 24/7. What ever needs to be done, he will take care of it. When my wife was alive, he always made sure that she had the best treatment for her condition. She had Parkinsons. Great Doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Penner for many year even before he joined MDVIP. Dr. Penner never rushes a patient. Dr. Penner makes one feel at ease. He is a great doctor.
