My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
As a board certified physician in family medicine that serves Newtown, Yardley, Langhorne and the surrounding Bucks County areas, I have a particular interest in nutrition, preventive care, exercise and goal setting. I perform dermatological screenings as well as skin and orthopedic office based procedures including joint injections for arthritis and sports injuries. By affiliating with MDVIP, I can create a personalized medical practice and can also ensure that each patient will get the time and attention they require. I also offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices. I am currently on staff at Holy Redeemer Hospital as well as St. Mary Medical Center where I have served as Chairman of Family Medicine as well as on numerous medical and hospital related committees. I look forward to working with you as your private doctor where we can plan for your ongoing medical and physical well-being.
About the Practice/Practice News
The best healthcare starts with a physician partner who truly knows you, your needs and your goals. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, you come first. Third parties and red tape will not interfere with my ability to care for you the way you deserve.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Kulka
I joined MDVIP in 2019. I have found Dr. Kulka and everyone on his staff to be excellent providers. Very caring. Very understanding. Very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing when I signed up but now I think it was one of the best decisions I have made.
My husband and I have had Dr. Kulka since approximately 2003 when our previous physician retired. When Dr, Kulka joined MDVIP, we decided to go with it. It has proven to be a great decision. My husband was born with Tetrology of Fallot and needs coordinated care with cardiac physicians and any procedure needs careful follow up. Dr. Kulka has been able to keep all his doctors coordinated. This experience for the last two years has been wonderful. The connection and personal touch of having your doctor there when you need them and advising you on smarter life style choices when you're not even sick, is what wellness care should be.
My husband and I have been going to Dr Kulka for a number of years. I have a special appreciation for Dr Kulka. He actually saved my life. He suggested that I get a cat scan and they found stage one lung cancer. If It where not for him I have no idea where I would be at this point. I am extremely grateful that my husband and I are able financially to have Doctor Kulka as our doctor.
Dr Kulka has been central to my medical care and for the past 12 years. His medical expertise is only surpassed by his caring and comforting presence. So grateful to be able to count on him, no matter the circumstance.
Traveled to Florida. Made contact with office, and within 30 minutes he called back to a address my issue. Sent prescription to pharmacy, and all handled within a short period of time.
My husband and I are both new to MDVIP this year. However, in the three months we have been part of the program Dr. Kulka has helped multiple members of our family, including our 13 year old daughter with Autism.
When our daughter had a first time seizure we couldn't get a hold of our pediatrician. So we called Dr. Kulka and his team. They answered the phone immediately and… See more
I wasnt happy with my physician group and was in search of a new doctor. I am a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and asked the Rep. who covered Bucks County who she recommended. Thats how I found Dr. Kulka and so happy I did. I started seeing him before going through some difficult times with health related issues. He has always been understanding, knowledgeable, helpful and I always feel… See more
I already sent something, but wanted to add a comment. Dr. Kulka recently was off for a day and a half. He was kind enough to let his patients know hed be gone, who was covering for him, but if we needed him, we could call him on his cell. I thought this was a very nice touch, although I would never expect that. Everyone deserves time away!
