Health is personal—and your care should be, too. As a physician, I believe personalized medicine requires time, trust and a relationship built on listening. In a world where doctor’s appointments often feel rushed and not available in a timely fashion, I have chosen a different path. Through the MDVIP model, my patients can enjoy convenient same- or next-day visits, the ability to contact me directly, and care that is proactive—not merely reactive.
My approach blends clinical experience with a holistic focus on the whole person—mind, body, spirit and lifestyle. I integrate evidence-based medicine with personalized wellness strategies to help you as you work to look, feel and live better. Whether you are a busy professional, a frequent traveler, or simply tired of being “shuffled around” and “doctor hopping,” my goal is to be your lifelong wellness partner. I provide care in a calm, professional environment designed for meaningful connection and personalized attention.
I am a board-certified family and obesity medicine physician and a specialist in other health areas with nearly three decades of experience helping patients as they pursue reclaiming energy, confidence and balance. Beyond my practice, I am a wife, mother and entrepreneur who understands firsthand the challenge of juggling achievement with self-care. I live what I teach, prioritizing movement, mindful nutrition and time outdoors with my family. These experiences shape how I practice medicine—with empathy, authenticity and a deep respect for the whole person sitting in front of me.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, I serve patients throughout the greater Atlanta area— including Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Dunwoody and surrounding communities well beyond the Perimeter, even out of state. My professional network includes specialists to whom I can refer you, if needed.
Medicine, for me, is not only about illness—it is about helping you feel empowered to pursue well-being. Together, we can craft a plan that supports you as you work to perform at your best, year after year.
