Dr. Koval is the consummate professional. He is thoughtful, clearly knows his stuff, and knows when to urge an action to promote health and when something does not need overkill. Especially for someone as busy as he is, Dr. Koval makes himself available and always gives off the sense that my health matters to him. I also like his staff very much.
