I feel that Dr. Robert Zaino is kind, caring, knowledgeable, personable, etc. He is available for an appointment on the day I call or at least by the next day. When I visit Dr. Zaino I don't feel rushed and he doesn't have his hand on the doorknob about to exit the exam room just waiting for me to finish what I have to say. IOW he takes his time to listen and talk to me about my concerns.
