MDVIP Welcomes Two Internal Medicine Physicians in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS and BOCA RATON, Fla. – April 7, 2026 — MDVIP is expanding its primary care network in the Las Vegas Valley with two affiliated practices led by experienced internal medicine physicians Hadiza E. Hamza, MD, and Aria Fazlinejad, DO. Dr. Hamza and Dr. Fazlinejad, who both opened their MDVIP-affiliated practices on February 27, are enrolling patients who seek more time, direct communication and a closer relationship with their primary care physician.
Dr. Hadiza Hamza has lived and provided care in the greater Las Vegas area since 2002. Her practice is located at 1730 W Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 100, in Henderson. As an advocate for health and wellness, Dr. Hamza emphasizes the importance of preventive medicine and patient education. She completed her medical degree from the University of Benin College of Medicine and her residency in Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York. Dr. Hamza is affiliated with St. Rose Dominican Hospital – Siena Campus and has been recognized by her peers as a VEGAS INC Top Doctors honoree for 2025.
“I aim to be more than just a physician. I want to be a go-to support and partner to my patients when it comes to their health,” said Dr. Hamza. “Joining MDVIP makes this possible, giving me more time to build special, lifelong relationships with patients and provide the level of individualized care I feel they deserve. My goal is to empower patients to lead healthier lives and provide guidance on diet, exercise and mindfulness as an important part of their preventive care.”
Dr. Aria Fazlinejad is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has cared for patients across diverse communities and health systems. His practice is located at 7455 West Washington Avenue, Suite 445, in Las Vegas. After completing his medical training at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in California and Internal Medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Detroit, Dr. Fazlinejad returned to Las Vegas to be closer to family and help address the growing need for dedicated physicians in the area. He speaks both English and Farsi and is affiliated with Summerlin Hospital Medical Center.
On opening an MDVIP-affiliated practice, Dr. Fazlinejad said, “The MDVIP model allows me to provide every patient more personalized healthcare that includes comprehensive annual screenings, longer appointments and meaningful one-on-one conversations. Patients and I can work together on getting to the root cause of issues and building a customized wellness plan grounded in evidence-based medicine, preventive strategies and the osteopathic philosophy of treating the whole person – not just symptoms.”
Smaller Practice, More Time with Patients
As MDVIP affiliates, Dr. Hamza and Dr. Fazlinejad limit the size of their practice, which allows for more time and in-depth discussions with patients, proactive health management and stronger physician-patient relationships. Other benefits of a smaller practice include same- or next-day appointments, longer office visits and the ability to reach the doctor after hours and on weekends by phone.
Annual Wellness Program
For the annual membership fee, patients receive a comprehensive yearly health assessment comprised of advanced diagnostic tests and screenings to give a more complete view of their overall health. Using the results, the doctors provide personalized coaching and tools to help patients make healthier lifestyle choices, prevent disease and achieve their specific wellness goals.
Proven Health Outcomes
Studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals show that patients in MDVIP-affiliated practices experience fewer hospitalizations and readmissions, visit urgent care centers and emergency rooms less often, receive more preventive health services and have better control of chronic diseases than patients in traditional practices. MDVIP’s patient satisfaction scores and annual membership renewals consistently exceed 90%.
