About Adam Brownstein, MD

I strive to live my life to the fullest. That means living with passion, curiosity, responsibility and integrity. The field of family medicine was a natural match for someone with those characteristics. For nearly 20
years I have delivered primary care in southern Delaware to patients of all ages, ethnicities and nationalities. I endeavor to help you reach your fullest potential. This journey will require work on both our parts, but the rewards of such an effort are immeasurable.

Family medicine allows me to care for patients of all ages. It allows me to personalize family member’s healthcare in a very unique way. This is both an honor and a privilege. I view my patients as an extension of my own family, and their victories and successes are a source of pride. Primary care needs to return to its roots. We must focus on prevention and mindfulness.
