Dr. Reed calls or texts you back at her earliest opportunity whenever you need her. Then if you are ill and she prescribes a med, she calls out of the blue in a day or 2 just to check on you!
She is never dismissive, shaming or curt. She always listens with her full attention and you can see her brain putting all things together.
