I am so thankful to have Dr Laughlin. About nine years ago he got me through a long and severe illness. Both my husband and I feel that I wouldn’t be here to day if it wasn’t for him. Even when he wasn’t part of the MDVIP group he always took the time to explain things and answer any questions. I have never felt “rushed” through an appointment and I feel that he truly knows me. And that means… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
My practice also focuses on preventing and, if necessary, treating those conditions most likely to cause hospitalizations, including pneumonia, emphysema, and congestive heart failure, and controlling diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. While my office is in mid-town Tulsa, I see patients who live in Glenpool, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Sand Springs, Owasso, Collinsville and surrounding counties. Ascension St. John Medical Center, my hospital of choice, provides excellent inpatient care and a strong base of specialists who can help meet the needs of most patients.

During a very sudden and totally unexpected fracturing/shattering in me of my ceramic research hip replacement, Dr. Brent Laughlin went above and beyond to help me in every way. My orthopedic surgeon was out of town for 10 days for Thanksgiving. Dr. Laughlin arranged for an x-ray that very afternoon and then a CT scan and blood work which at his insistence enabled me to at least see the PA… See more
Dr. Laughlin has been my physician since the mid 80's. When I received the announcement that he had joined the MDVIP Group, I was speechless. Those that know me well can attest to the fact that "I am never speechless". What would life be without him? This was worse than my 1961 divorce! What would I do? I immediately called my investment advisor and told her I had to have… See more

Dr. Laughlin is immensely likable, but I'd like him even without his happy personality. Why? (1) He was able, at once, to repair a medical problem for me and, so far, it has not reappeared; (2) He listens and follows up; (3) He has friendly and competent staff; and (4) He wears cool and funky eyewear and shoes. (Okay, the last part may not be important others, but to me, a sense… See more

I believe I have been seeing Dr. Laughlin as my primary physician since the early 80's. His kindness, attention to detail, listening ear, and genuine care for me and my needs has kept me coming back year after year. As he has walked with me on my health journey, I have to confidence that I always will know my status, know the options I have, will understand the answers to any questions that I… See more
I joined MDVIP a few months ago as I was searching for a different experience in the care of my health. I had been visiting a doctor who didnt seem to connect with me or the reason I may be visiting his office for. It seemed as if he was too busy or had a quota of patients to get through his office in a day. After my last visit with him I was so frustrated that started asking around about… See more
