My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

My goal is to provide the best care possible to all my patients. I treat my patients as though they are my family members. I will do everything I can to help patients navigate through the complexity of today’s health care system. I always try to explain medical problems in terms that patients can understand.

I have had Eric as my MD for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier. Eric goes above and beyond to make sure I am living a healthier life and it's working! The decision to follow Eric when he transitioned to MDVIP was an easy one and it is great to see how lit up he is now - high energy and passionate. Eric is the best!
Thank you,

During a routine annual physical 4 years ago he observed a deterioration in a mole, & had me in a… See more

I had a cough. Just to be safe, Doctor Serrano, wanted to do a chest X-Ray. On the X Ray he noticed a strange shadowy spot. Doctor Serrano spotted it before the oncologist did and I was able to deal with it early.

This is the doctor , who even before he joined mdvip would give you his cell phone number so you could reach him anytime, who would call to check on you before going away, just because he Cares!

from Stephanie in MA February 6, 2014 for Eric A. Serrano, MD

I have been Dr. Serrano's patient since 2008. Together, we have built a great relationship. I like and respect that he has taken the time to get to know me. I feel entirely comfortable with him and know my health is a priority for him. I trust his judgement and approach. I know I am lucky to have a primary care doctor that I can talk with and work through whatever issues come up. Thanks… See more
