Testimonials from patients of Dr. Jacobs
The months of January and February I was finishing up with my rotator cuff therapy and was noticing that my upper arms were Were aching and I was feeling discomfort in my neck and a slight burning down the middle of my chest like I drank a hot orange soda. I Was in touch with Dr.Jacobs during this time and we were discussing what it could be. I thought it might have been from the work out in… See more
My wife and I have been patients of Dr Jacobs for 25 years. His approach to wellness and prevention is key to our now having reached 80 yesrs of age.
He excells in professionalism, communication skills, availability, and diagnostic skills. All in all, he's the best.
I was first under Dr. Jacobs' care when he was with another practice many years ago. I was impressed with the breadth and depth of his knowledge in health care matters that were important to me. He took time to listen and explain courses of treatment. He was not in a hurry to move to pharmaceuticals or procedures, preferring lifestyle and behavioral changes instead. He was patient in… See more
I was a patient of Dr. Jacobs before he became a MDVIP Doctor and when I received a letter from him advising of this change I was disappointed that I would be required to pay a fee to see my doctor. I decided to follow him into this new practice and this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Based on the executive annual physical, same day appointment when I am sick or need a doctor… See more

I feel so fortunate to have a special doctor who really cares! He doesn’t stop until he is satisfied that all possible answers to your problem is addressed. He thinks about you even when it is not your visit time. Doctor Jacobs finds answers and let’s you know the best things for your continued good health.

I was a reluctant MVP convert. It was not my idea to ask Dr. Jacobs to be my doctor. It was a directive from my urologist. He wanted and needed a doctor on my "team" who would help coordinate my care. From my first visit, I knew I had found something better than a "healthy care coordinator." I had found a doctor who took the time to listen. To care. To take into consideration a complex medical… See more
I have asthma that occasionally flares to serious levels when I catch a cold or flu. Several years ago, I had such an experience, and as often happens I got worse on a Friday after hours. Dr. Jacobs was readying to travel overseas, to adopt a child that weekend. In spite of his own stresses of international travel, he made sure (on saturday) that I was able to obtain a home nebulizer, and… See more
I appreciate your attention to detail and the complete evaluations that you provide on a yearly basis. I was especially impressed with the advice which you gave me regarding an episode of atrial fib on Thanksgiving morning. You were calm and provided good suggestions. One would never have known that it was a holiday in the kind and helpful manner that you spoke with me.
