Top notch, and class act are a couple terms for how I would describe Dr. Jacobs. In addition to being a caring doctor and in tune with my health, he has shown his support and interest in my personal endeavors which bring me joy. For example, I write songs as a hobby, and Dr. Jacobs has taken time to listen to my songs, view my music videos, and send congratulatory emails of support. Things… See more

Dear Dr. Jacobs,
How fortunate Hugh and I are to have had you as our primary care physician for the past 23 years. You are indeed a Very Important Person in our lives. The fact that we have aged well is due in large part to your excellent care in the area of preventive medicine as well as treatment.
In addition to being tops in the medical field, you have the personal… See more
The best doctor-patient relationship that I have experienced is the one I have with you. Not only are you professionally competent, you are compassionate. You are an excellent listener and communicator, focusing well on what I say and responding clearly to my queries. Someone said, What you see is what you get. In seeing you, I am getting a friendly physician who is never in a hurry and… See more
Being a part of Dr. Jacobs' practice is like being apart of a family. The staff is always helpful and kind, and very quick to respond. He is also well read and up to date on the latest research. He is professional yet… See more

+ Spends the correct time to explain details of my conditions and blood test results
+Listens for what you tell him and what you don't tell him
+He practices what he tells us to do. Walks the talk, like eating the correct foods
+… See more
Dr. Jacobs demonstrates genuine interest in his patients well being, and engages them in a positive manner, so as to ensure that they (the patient) is also engaged in their own well being. Dr. Jacobs will ONLY prescribe RX when it is absolutely necessary to do so, preferring instead to treat the patient naturally first, then when all else fails, offer suitable RX's to address the patient… See more
Dr. Jacobs deserves the highest praise as a medical doctor. He has been my physician for many years, and he is absolutely the best diagnostician ever! His knowledge, patience, and caring exemplify his outstanding personal characteristics. It is obvious that he spends much personal time in study and research, which is certainly to his patients advantage! I must mention, also, that he has a… See more
Peggy and I have had a health partnership with Dr. Jacobs for 22 years. I credit his skills, combined with wellness and prevention, to our health at nearly 79 years old. He is a great listener and communicator. He exceeds any expectations one could have for a family physician.
