About N. Keith Robinson Jr., MD

Having lost my father at too early of an age to a heart attack, I have always had an interest in Cardiac disease. My hope is to provide care to my patients so that this disease does not affect them at such an early age. I hope to enlighten and apply wellness principles that will satisfy a healthy lifestyle.

I am a big city physician living in small town, Abilene, and loving it. The closeness between Dyess Air Force Base, the community and the proximity to a larger town makes practicing here second to none. As an MDVIP-affiliated physician, I hope to bring a family environment to my personalized family medicine practice and really show value to all. My MDVIP-affiliated practice also offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

What our members are saying

Dt. Robinson has been my primary care physician for several years. He is, and always has been, one of the finest people I know. He is an exceptionally kind and caring physician with a high level of integrity. I really didn't know what to think when he joined MDVIP, but I am so thankful that he gave me the opportunity to continue as his patient. The additional testing done, as well as the…

Dr. Keith Robinson is a treasure, and my husband and I are so grateful for his care and concern. My husband has gone through a very challenging time the last 6 months, and Dr. Robinson took care of him and advanced his care and recovery when our family was so very frustrated. We will always be grateful, and he knows we consider his care to be the Best.

I am a type 1 diabetic and have for years seen an Endocrinologist. I came to my last straw with all of the confines and methodology of that practice style and was recommended to look into Dr. Noel Keith Robinson, Internal Medicine. That was the best step I ever took for my health care! I am a big fan of the tv show "House". And over the years he has been my primary doctor! He constantly…

Frequently Asked Questions

Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
