My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

As a family physician, my objective focuses on providing patients with a more personalized approach while working in partnership to help them achieve better results. Be rest assured that as a patient in my personalized healthcare practice, you will be treated as if you are a member of my family.

As your family doctor, I will concentrate on prevention and wellness with particular attention to mental health and everyone’s favorite topic, obesity. I further offer my special training in Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy (OMT) for back pain/fibromyalgia.

As an MDVIP-affiliated physician, I aim to continue offering personalized care with advanced comprehensive health screenings, diagnostic tests and same- or next-day appointments.

I am a board-certified family practitioner. My primary care practice is located in Williamsville, New York. I am affiliated with the Catholic Health System, but you can visit any hospital, as I will work with the hospitalists to help advocate for your care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patricia O’Donnell for many years. To mention a moment of special care would be impossible because there are too many to recall. She is an excellent physician and a wonderful person as well. She has always taken care of my physical health needs as well as always taking the time to listen and hear what I have to say. I am so very fortunate and appreciative to be… See more

from Barbara in NY March 1, 2024 for Patricia Á. O'Donnell, DO

Dr. Patricia A. O'Donnell, whose office is in suburb of Buffalo, New York, is an amazing doctor and am amazing person. As a wellness-oriented professional woman in my mid-70s, I decided late last year to switch from a fine MD whose patient I had been for many years and who I will always totally appreciate.
However, I wanted a more personalized, less rushed, more accessible… See more

Dr. O'Donnell is extremely caring, considerate and passionate about my well being. Dr. O'Donnell treats me like I am the only patient she has. She spends quality time with me when I am at the office and she returns my calls when I have a problem or concern. I feel totally confident in Dr. O'Donnell and her staff in keeping me on a healthy path and stepping in to diagnose a… See more

from Douglas in NY February 13, 2024 for Patricia Á. O'Donnell, DO

Visiting a doctor is often a concerning experience as it usually involves our health and quality of life under inspection. One important factor between a doctor and patient is communication. When I visit with Dr. Patricia O'Donnell, I feel connected in the conversation. She listens to what I say and she keeps in tune with my history and lifestyle, such as my choice of diet and exercise.… See more

from Elena in NY February 13, 2024 for Patricia Á. O'Donnell, DO

My mother recommended Dr. O’Donnell to me years ago. When I found out she was leaving the group she was with I refused to lose her and followed her to MDVIP. Dr. O’Donnell alway gives you her full attention and helps you make the best decision for your health. I trust her implicitly and got my husband to go to her as well.

from Ann in NY January 30, 2024 for Patricia Á. O'Donnell, DO

I have incredible confidence for Dr. O’Donnell. Over the many years that I have been her patient, she always listens to me, and clearly cares about my well being. This year I had my first physical, and first EKG of any exam. It came in handy when I came to see her in July complaining of constant shoulder pain. She was suspicious right away and had the nurse do an EKG. It didn’t match the one… See more
