That late evening call that came long after the work day had ended and night fall had set in. It is in these hours that the people need experts to respond with guidance. Dr. Albert Duncan has invariably been on task. It is what the population needs and deserves. Thank "Doc", for being there in our most vulnerable hours.

He listens to all my bright ideas, and just because he’s the doctor and my ideas are all over the place, he never shoots them down. He always gives me an alternative and makes it sound like it was my idea. There’s an old term people used it’s called bedside Manner. Dr. Duncan has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. The moment I knew he was the best doctor in the world for me is when the superhero without the cape, said Chenell, I not only care about your health. I care about you. Every health issue, questions or concerns are always addressed. I had migraine headaches, which are commonly known as cluster headaches depending on the severity of the headache, the symptoms could be different, imagine this occurring everyday of your life since you could remember one visit Dr. Duncan says we’re going to do something about these headaches in my mind I was like yeah yeah 👀🤔 no one can do that, it is what they are, but to my surprise, I no longer have some type of headache everyday. Sometimes I can’t remember when I had one last, to others this may sound small but for me, it was life-changing all because he listens and he knows his profession. I think Dr. Duncan is amazing but so do my friends that are still trying to get appointed with him as their primary care physician, all I can say is lucky me. Dr. Albert Duncan is my superhero with or without the cape.

Dr. Albert Duncan has been my primary care physician since 2006, For the most part, I have typically only seen him for my annual physical and if those results required any follow-up. I can’t recall the year, maybe it was 2009 or 10, but he came into the room and the first thing he said was “OK, before we get into any medical stuff, I want to know where you went and what you did over the summer”. He had only seen me a few times over the prior years, but he had taken the time and learned enough about me to be genuinely interested in my summer travels and bicycle touring as we both have a love of traveling in Europe. Virtually every time I have seen him since, we have great conversations about our collective travels and interests, sometimes spending more time on that than the “medical stuff”. Dr. Duncan to me feels like he is my doctor, and also my friend. He has always taken the time to make me feel valued and heard, and he explains things in ways that are easy for me to understand. I have also asked him questions about himself that I’m sure some doctors might not be comfortable answering due to the boundaries of the physician/patient relationship, but he has answered them honestly. That too has helped build our relationship and understanding of each other. When I decided to sign up for MDVIP it really was for one reason only, and that was because I valued all aspects of my relationship with Dr. Duncan and didn’t want to lose that.

Oh my goodness where do I start! Dr Albert Duncan is one of the most amazing, caring, concerned and loving doctors I have ever had in my years as an adult! He takes the time to explain everything to you so that you will understand the importance! He’s so attentive to your health you would want to do what he says to not disappoint him but to better my health! I’ve had a few medical issues that he has helped me to overcome! Paying the $1800.00 a year is a little steep but I’ll make that sacrifice to keep one of the best doctors ever! Because of Dr Duncan I’m healthier and enjoying life at 65! I’m wearing a dress from 1996!
