My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

I am excited to be a family physician affiliated with MDVIP. This model allows me to care for patients the way I believe family medicine was originally intended. My personalized family medicine practice welcomes patients who want to lead healthy lives.

With my training and experience, I am able to better care for patients with diverse conditions. I believe in a preventive approach to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. In addition, I have a strong interest in dermatology and orthopedics. I am also able to perform procedures in the office such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryosurgery and excisions.

I try to lead by example. I am an avid bicyclist, skier, golfer, as well as being active in the community; however I must admit, my weakness is dark chocolate.

My original MDVIP doctor passed away suddenly three months ago and I was told Dr. Albert Weisbrot had agreed to help take some of his patients. I gave Dr. Weisbrot a try and am extremely happy that I did. Dr. Weisbrot has not only met my expectations but has exceeded them. Trusting my medical care to Dr. Weisbrot and his wonderful staff has been a great decision.

On a Friday morning in early February I injured myself at work. I was in shock and myself and another manager washed my wound and bandaged my arm. I worked all day. Later that evening my husband cleaned the open wound and bandaged again. On Saturday morning I text Dr. Weisbrot and sent him a picture of my arm. It was not pretty!! I had an appointment at a Little Clinic I was planning on using… See more

As a 25 yr patient of Albert Weisbrot, I have come to the conclusion that he is very caring, loving & awesome man! When I was going through my 2nd bout with major depression, He was one of 2 people That I looked forward to seeing. We would sit & talk for the entire appointment. September 2014 I was exhibiting abnormal behavior mostly but not exclusively related to driving. Stopping at green lights, poor judgement at intersections, excessive speed. Abnormal because I had been for 20+ years been associated with the most successful Indy 500 owner and my driving was fast and accurate.
Went to see Doctor Weisbrot Christs GP who did cognitive and movement tests… See more

Dr. Weisbrot has been a part of my life since about 1982, around 42 years. That's a very long time to have a doctor who has many times handled health situations for me in a way for which I have been very thankful. He was the one who started ordering tests for me when I was having abdominal pain about 12 years ago which ultimately led to my seeing my gynecologist, having a lot more… See more

Circa 1985 I almost died from a bleeding ulcer. It stopped bleeding, but I had two more minor bleeding episodes after that. Dr. Weisbrot told me he had read about a new treatment involving antibiotics and Pepto Bismol. It was a brand new treatment facing some push back from the establish medical profession. He asked if I wanted to try it. It successfully eliminated my bleeding ulcers. As I had… See more

My husband was going over a physical with Dr. Weisbrot 5 years ago. Everything looked good, but in hearing my husband say he was more tired when walking the golf course, he sent him for a stress test. Dr. Weisbrot is very interested in heart health. My husband failed the stress test, and went right to Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, to find out he needed a double bypass! If no intervention was… See more

You know that moment when you feel like a person worthy of good health care? It's like that! It's like the caring son or sister is the doctor. It's like all health care should be ... Back to the local doc who knows you. Back to the doctor who loves his practice. Back to the doctor who remembers why he got into medicine in the first place. Back to the doctor who satisfies… See more

Featured on WTVQ-TV in Cincinnati, Dr. Albert Weisbrot put down his stethoscope and picked up his microphone to uplift his patients. His rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” is just what the doctor ordered, especially during Holy Week and Passover, when so many are house-bound.
