Dr. Sanschagrin really listens to his patients. I know that sounds cliche but my wife and I have remarked to one another that Dr. Sanschagrin doesn't make one feel that he is rushed for time (although I am sure he is). He listens, analyzes, comments and then recommends a treatment schedule once he has thoroughly considered the options. All that and a nice man on top of it!
