About Angelique Poturalski, MD
I have always envisioned myself as wanting to be just like Dr. Welby, the physician I watched on TV in the 1970s. He was a traditional, kindhearted family physician who made knowing and understanding his patients a priority in life. Similarly, my passion as a family physician is to provide highly personalized, compassionate care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, you will be treated as if you are a member of my family in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will also benefit from the full extent of my education, expertise, compassion and understanding. I want to work together with you as a partner to promote health, prevent illness and to ensure that you “age gracefully”, as I’ve always said. Along with this, my staff and I want to make sure our office is warm and inviting to our patients to provide comfort to all.
I am a board-certified family physician since 1996 and one of the few female primary care providers affiliated with MDVIP in the Littleton, Colorado area. I was given the honor of being named the “Best of the Best” physician by the Littleton Independent after a survey was given to Littleton residents several years ago. With over 25 years of practicing in the community, I have relationships with many specialists to help you with your unique needs.
Assisting me in my practice will be my partner, Tom Harris, with whom I’ve been in practice for over 20 years. Both of us have established close relationships with our patients through the years. My staff and I feel privileged and excited to welcome you to our practice.

Reviews from the web
They fit me in when I had a sinus infection. I like my doctors knowing who I am and what’s up with me.
I tried to tell them about a phone routing issue where it said their number was disconnected. I even showed them in person that it was not working. They decided to discontinue me as a patient instead. Nice that they don't care about patients being able to call in for help. Good luck getting through depending on your carrier.
Very unprofessional. Hard to work with.
The doctor will not return phone calls, refuses to talk to patients via phone and you're lucky if you get a call back from the nurse.
They never do what they say they're going to do and are not concerned about anyone's wellbeing.
Angie and Tom (PA) are a couple, which is fine but when they go on vacation, they're together and there isn't another doctor on call.
I am done with this practice and I would not recommend them to anyone.
The women in the front literally laughed at me, as I walked out the door after begging someone to expedite my child's Rx authorization through insurance.
It's hurtful and outright demeaning to be treated so horribly. I can't imagine any other Dr's office experience could be as horrific as Centennial's.
Frequently Asked Questions
Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
