My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

I believe the rapport between a physician and their patient is the cornerstone of good health, both in treating and preventing disease. My goal during my 22 years of practicing primary care medicine has been to develop these relationships. Now, my affiliation with MDVIP will give me the time to focus even more on enhancing those connections through more personalized care. This care will include longer visits, more comprehensive exams, and have the availability to see you myself on a same-day or next-day basis when you are ill.

Being an MDVIP-affiliated physician also will afford me the time to focus on developing a plan for a healthy lifestyle that helps you achieve your wellness goals. I work hard on a daily basis to follow a lifestyle that promotes health and prevents disease and look forward to sharing what I’ve learned both personally and professionally. While we work on preventing disease, I will also use my decades of experience and training to better optimize the treatment of your current medical conditions and minimize the long-term potential consequences of these conditions.

My practice is in Wilton, Connecticut, and I see patients from all surrounding towns. Having practiced in the area for 22 years, I have developed a strong relationship with local specialists, enabling me to easily contact these doctors and discuss your medical issues on a timely basis. I am affiliated with Norwalk Hospital and, should you ever be admitted to the hospital, have ready access to confer with the hospitalists and other clinicians involved in your care.

My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go beyond these found in concierge medicine practices. I look forward to working together to enhance your health and improve your quality of life.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Serin

from Wayne in CT March 10, 2024 for Craig D. Serin, MD

Dr. Craig Serin probably saved my life by insisting I have a scan for a calcium score.
I knew nothing about this test prior to my visit to him for my physical.
It turned out that my score was exceptionally high and he recommended I have a comprehensive stress test be done and recommended a good cardiologist to me. I then found that I had calcification in all arteries. I am now… See more

I have lived in Westport now for a bit over a year after living in Manhattan for 40 years. I am delighted to be asked to celebrate MDVIP and its team. I had a cadre of doctors at NY hospital and those affiliated there and Mt Sinai. I also leant on other private doctors in various specialties. On moving up here I found it very challenging to replace my NY Dr network. This was further… See more

Dr. Serin has been my physician for over twenty years which is ONE FOURTH of my lifetime ( I’m 82)!
Being under his care gives me a sense of security, confidence, and calmness. It also encourages/inspires me to take better care of my health as I battle atrial fibrillation and insomnia. Dr. Serin’s professionalism and expertise combined with his warmth and a good sense of humor makes him… See more

In approximately 2008, 16 years ago, I asked a specialty physician if he knew of any good GPs that he would recommend. He said that ‘I will give you the name of my doctor’. (That should tell you something – among all doctors that he knew, this was the one that he chose for himself .)

Since being accepted into Dr. Craig Serin’s practice, I could not be more pleased and satisfied. So… See more

from Susan in CT February 15, 2024 for Craig D. Serin, MD

Dr Serin has been a Godsend to me.

For most of my adult life, I have lived with a fear of going to the doctor. The few times I got the courage to try, the experience left me even more fearful. As a result, I hadn’t been to a doctor in many years, but a few years ago, I had an issue that needed to be addressed, so I went to see Dr Serin. That’s when everything changed for me.

I’m very thankful to Dr. Serin talking to me and helping me to stop smoking. It’s been a year that I have not had a cigarette. Plus he’s so patient and very knowledgeable. I’ll always be grateful for his help to keep me healthy.
