About Danielle Solomon Alhemovich, DO
As a primary care physician, I aim to be my patients’ number one advocate, as I believe our doctor-patient relationship is not a business transaction but a family relationship. I care about each of my patients and have always strived to care for them in the attentive way I believe they deserve, especially by personalizing a plan for their health goals and having more time with them during each visit.
Similar to concierge medicine practices, my MDVIP-affiliated practice offers conveniences like same- or next-day appointments with minimal wait time. I try to be there for my patients every step of the way. I enjoy working as a team to come up with an action plan, as no two people are identical and should not be handled as such. The MDVIP model of care allows me more time to lay a foundation for patient-centered care, which I am proud to offer, and I hope that you will see the value as well.
As your personal MDVIP-affiliated internal medicine physician, I can help form a wellness plan tailored to your needs and help prepare the framework in a way that I feel is reasonable and obtainable to help you as you pursue your goals. I believe preventive care is the core principle to help keep you healthier, and results from the annual MDVIP Wellness Program can help guide you as you work to improve your health and live a healthier life. My practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. Any doctor can find disease, but I believe my mission is to also help find your health.
I have a background in chemical engineering, which fine-tuned my critical thinking skills. This helps me to understand the mechanism behind medical concepts. To me, the human body should be viewed as one machine, and all of the fulcrums must be in synchrony to find harmony and peace. My patients know I am not a fan of the “Band-Aid” approach and will work tirelessly as we review the crux of an issue, so we can develop a plan to help you restore your health.
I have relationships throughout the Central Florida area, working as a hospitalist at AdventHealth Celebration and as a primary care physician in the Orlando Health outpatient setting spanning West Orange and Lake Counties. My primary care practice is conveniently located in Windermere, Florida, so I am able to serve Central Florida and its surrounding areas.

Health is wealth - invest in yourself and see a doctor that is world-class.
I am referring my friends and family and am so grateful to be her (Dr. Alhemovich's) care.

I began to consider a concierge arrangement with Primary Provider. How no experience with such service but had heard there were such services. In my research I came accross Dr. Danielle Solomon Alhemovich and her Associates new practice opening as Chain of Lakes Prumary Care and it's association with the MDVIP program. I did some reading and research and it seemed to be a possible fit. Of course a practice is only as good as the leadership.
I booked an appointment to meet and just loved Dr. Solomon and the MDVIP program. So we signed up and it has been a great relationship. The level of Doc's focus, the compassion for service and concern has been great and refreshing. The change has helped get my health care in better order and refined. I have confidence I have a great partner to my goal of maintaining a focus on wellness and maintenance.

So blessed to be a part of her practice.

And as a side note, she has a beautiful spa-like office space and a friendly office staff. If you are on the fence about MDVIP or Dr. Solomon Alhemovich, take the plunge and invest in your health. My husband and I could not be any happier that we did!

Who I am proud to call my doctor. :)

Frequently Asked Questions
MDVIP-affiliated physicians use the Wellness Program Plus to help prevent little things from becoming big things – working to help patients enjoy life and be healthier. Those who value their health will appreciate having a closer doctor-patient relationship. Because MDVIP-affiliated physicians have smaller practices, they have more time for you, so you can receive the individualized care and service you deserve. Physicians offering the Plus program have a different set of testing to choose from than physicians in the traditional program; this testing looks at additional health risks. Plus doctors also use an advanced cognitive testing system to evaluate brain health and offer a medication review program.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
