Dr Shull himself is wonderful however his receptionist can be beyond rude. She was extremely rude to me before hanging up on me. When I called back to request to speak to Shull about her behavior, she continued to be rude and get loud with me and refused to give me a way to talk to Dr shull. Extremely upset about how I was treated, esp considering my family has been using Shull’s practice for over 30 years.

I've gone to Dr. Shull for 42 yrs! During that time we have moved 4 times. Now we travel 1-1/2 Hr round trip for office visits! But it is so with it! Dr Shull listens to you! And he is so easy to talk to. And he is brilliant; he reads all the time so he is up-to-date on all the latest. And Family Practice is such a broad specially...from infants to the elderly. I dread the day Dr Shull retires, and I literally pray that day won't come for a very long time!

Dr. Shull and his team are top notch. He takes the time to listen to you, ask questions, review test results (and describe in detail what they mean) and discuss options. His team, like him, are compassionate and responsive. Yes, you may have to pay for MDVIP, but when you're a "zebra" being scene by normal doctors, a complex case can be frustrating. He gives you time, answers, and hope! And a great bedsode manner!
