My wife Carole and I moved to Broussard from Baton Rouge 5.5 years ago. Soon after arriving, an emergency sent her to the hospital where we found we needed to choose a Primary Care Physician. So, we both signed up with one who was recommended. He was a good doctor. However we had hoped to find someone who wasn’t always so rushed. We know that wasn’t his fault; it was the system’s fault. Later, someone recommended MDVip. We had never heard of it. We looked it up and got the information. Carole was especially happy to see that an office was close to home and also saw that the doctor was a female (something she had hoped for). So she took the plunge first and quickly knew she had done the right thing. She suggested I do the same, which I did.

Now we both are delighted to have Dr. DeeDee Luke as our Primary Care Physician.

She takes as much time as needed to make sure that we get the best care possible. Her “bedside manner” is exemplary; and it’s not put on, it’s just who she is. She listens to and respects what we have to say, which means we each participate to make the best decisions. The atmosphere in Dr. Luke's office is truly family oriented, and that same mindset is evident in every member of her staff, without exception.
