Dr Amy researched and found an orthopedic oncologist that had to amputate my right leg below the knee. Three years ago I went to Dr. Amy Rosen because I had pain in the area of my appendix. Since I had a brother who died of appendicitis and a nephew who also had it, I was concerned. Dr. Amy sent me for a CAT scan which showed that I had a tumor in my colon that was pressing against the appendix. She also got the surgeon to move up the scheduled surgery. I think that is why the tumor was removed before it could spread outside the colon. Dr. Rosen is a very caring physician which is why I am willing to pay to be in her practice even though I rarely see her more than once or twice a year.

I am passionate about helping my patients improve their quality of life by balancing the many aspects that contribute to overall health and well-being. I strive to emphasize the “care” component of healthcare, working hard to build supportive, trusting relationships with my patients who enable me to share in their joy as I watch them achieve their wellness objectives and lead full and satisfying lives.

As a private doctor, my goal is to partner closely with each patient to develop a personalized plan to achieve better health. This takes time, trust, careful listening and open communication. In my smaller, internal medicine practice, I’m able to spend quality time with my patients in a setting that is uninterrupted, unhurried and focused on you. My MDVIP-affiliated practice also offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. I will be your healthcare partner, coach and advocate.

My primary care practice is located in Teaneck, New Jersey and serves the surrounding communities in Bergen County. I’m on staff at Holy Name Hospital and proud to be one of a few female physicians in private practice in the region. I am reachable 24 hours a day to discuss your health, when needed. I care for patients in the office, the hospital and at home as necessary. My specialized interests are in adult medicine, women’s health issues, primary prevention, cardiovascular disease, cholesterol disorders, diabetes and obesity.

Dr Any Rosen is a knowledgeable physician. She is personable, empathetic and goes the extra mile to find referrals and other opinions. She is adept at bring literature to appointments and works closely with me on strategies for prevention. Upon learning of my family risk for stroke, we agreed I would get a CMIT exam of my carotid arteries to determine my vascular age. A strategy of low dose medications and an otc medicine reduced my carotid age significantly in just one year. This is the way medicine should be practiced! My wife now goes to her and is thrilled.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amy Rosen since 2002 when I moved to NJ. I have needed doctors on a serious level since I was born; so finding a doctor and office staff that could handle my needs was very important when I moved in the area. Dr. Amy and staff surpassed anything I could have ask for. Last year I got very ill while visiting family in FL. My brother needed to drive down from NY to check me out of the hospital in FL and then drive me up to my hospital in NJ. We arrived around 3am and they hospital staff was waiting for us. Dr. Amy had kept in touch with my brother and the hospital to make sure I received the attention I needed. My family and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Amy's many years of service. We are all lucky to have her!

Dr. Rosen is a knowledgable doctor and up until April 2019 had a good staff. Then her one and only nurse left, she started renting out space to another practice, and her attention to responding to emails and texts suffered. On one occasion, I was anxious about the addition of a new blood test, and tried contacting the office during office hours on Thursday and Friday. With no response, I tried texting over the weekend. Dr. Rosen's response was "weekends are for my family", not realizing that I had been trying to get in touch since Thursday. Even as an MDVIP doctor, she probably has 600 patients, which could explain why a few times I never got an email response. (I have a myriad of health issues.) On two separate occasions, Dr. Rosen renewed an increased dosage of two medications without speaking with me.( I had asked for the increase.) Since I get medications online for three moths at a time, the order was for 108 Xanax. Very irresponsible for any doctor to do this.

When my MDVIP membership came up for renewal, I decided not to continue paying a yearly fee to be ignored. I feel disappointed and let down, so despite her knowledge, I can't recommend her or MDVIP.

She is the most caring, thorough and professional physician that I have the good fortune to know. She is always available by email and telephone, and I can usually see her for same day sick visits.
Dr Amy is a brilliant practitioner of the Medical Arts. She utilizes an individual, holistic approach during her assessment and will reevaluate her treatment plan as needed. Doctor has good reviews but when I called, was told you have to pay a VIP membership just to see the doctor. Hmm.. how much is the fee?
Front desk lady: I don’t know for sure, I think it’s about $500 per quarter but I want to be upfront because lots of folks get mad about it when they show up.

Ok, well what comes with the membership? Front desk lady: Personalized care and stuff like extra testing.

I am trying to find a doctor for our family that's closer to where we live and I called to inquire if they are accepting new patients. I was told there is a waiting list and they only offer concierge services for about $1700 annually. What the heck is this? It's almost as if she didn't want me as a patient because she should have explained the benefits of the services first and then said the price. Anyway, I just wanted a doctor that accepted my insurance, can see the 4 of us when sick and well visits. So, not only do I have to pay for insurance through my job, but this doctor wants additional dues for her services? Well, right away I can see her services aren't up to par. This is not the place for me.
