About Dr. John Crescitelli
I have lived and practiced medicine in this community for my entire 25-year career. I am an MDVIP-affiliated physician who offers personalized, attentive care and has worked and sacrificed to become a bedrock in the cities I serve, including Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Lighthouse Point, Florida, as well as the Coral Springs/Parkland area.
Over my career I have developed relationships with sub specialists, diagnostic centers and skilled nursing facilities, as well as major hospital systems in our area. I take great pride in being a medical doctor and resource who can help address multiple complex medical conditions. These include common issues like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and lipid disorders - as well as more complex cases, such as musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pulmonary conditions, though this is not a comprehensive list of maladies I'm comfortable -reviewing with patients in my family medicine practice.
I believe in a holistic mind, body and spirit approach to primary care medicine where actively listening to my patients is of paramount importance. Eye contact and compassion are the norm in my office. I have always understood every patient is unique and has a unique set of needs. I support alternative or complementary medicine you use to help as you work to improve your quality of life.
I believe that medication is not always the answer, as I think lifestyle modification and psychological factors are often overlooked. You will not feel rushed with me or my staff. Also, I utilize palpation skills, which I believe is a lost art form in this era of production-based corporate medicine.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice, often compared to a concierge medicine practice, offers conveniences like same- or next-day appointments with minimal waiting.

My husband has known and been going to Dr Crescitelli for years, prior to MDVIP and now with MDVIP. I finally decided to follow him and start my health journey with Dr Crescitelli, MDVIP, for my Primary doctor. This has been the BEST decision I have made since saying yes to marry my husband 36 years ago.
The first phone call to the office was excellent with Ryan (spelling) Tammie and Robert running the office, I felt like I found my new home.
The MDVIP experience is like nothing I have ever experienced. First a sit and chat with the doc, which I do warn you Doc loves to explain everything so you can’t be in a hurry. Then I continued to part 1, which involved a bunch of in office testing from eyes, ears, body mass, strength of my goodness I can’t list everything that was done. Onto the COMPLETE blood work up and then part 2 follow up to sit with doc to go over ALL the tests, once again plan on a lengthy visit.
Dr Crescitelli researched and searched to resolve my health issues and I feel great knowing I have this amazing team guiding me towards a healthy future.
In addition, appointments are easily made and the office staff and nurses are extremely friendly and helpful.
The Doctor didn’t show up. Dr Crescitelli called me after I got home. Said he was at the hospital seeing a patient. Giving 1 star because his office staff is nice
