As a primary care physician, I am committed to the well-being of my patients. I believe in the power of preventive health measures to help enhance lives. My philosophy centers on a proactive approach to healthcare, education and personalized care.

By building stronger doctor-patient relationships, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and participating in their healthcare journey. 

Through comprehensive screenings and having more time to spend with patients, I can work with them to develop unique action plans as they pursue their health goals. Dr George Kosco and his staff are fantastic folks. I developed symptoms similiar to Covid 19. These symptoms were exacerbated by my lymes. Cough uncontrollable, weakness, oldage ect. Dr Kosco initiated steps to get to root of my condition. Arranged test follow up by calling me w results as they are available.

If any of you are looking for A new primary care physician... look no further! George is the bomb diggitty. He's down to earth and will give you the facts instead of forcing medicine on you! 5 times since joining 2 years ago this Man has properly diagnosed Me and My wife's ailments over the phone through text message. I can't imagine going to the emergency room and waiting for them to hopefully diagnose the issue. I can't say in any words what would describe this physician and his staff other than AWESOME! My wife and I and my mother-in-law are in our second year with Dr. George Kosco in Harrisburg, Pa. All three of us are in advanced ages and as everyone shall face as they get older the need to see their Dr. without the long wait for an appointment is paramount. Dr. George never fails to get us in, sometimes the very day we call. Having experienced long wait times with our previous family Drs. we decided to try this concierge approach. Dr. George, as we call him, has been a blessing. He listens to our problems patiently and gives us excellent care. Something I never expected was having his cell phone number which we have used a few times. His facility is clean and inviting. And his staff are like old friends when we go into the office.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
