About Glenn Hinchman, MD

There is a reason I have a dry erase board in each exam room; I enjoy educating my patients. The foundation of my entire life has centered around education which stems from my own medical training, the thirteen years I’ve taught at the local residency and the education of patients about their own health and well-being.

Learning is life long and requires time. I need time to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of my patients. I use time to cultivate trust and I take time to provide better care. Unfortunately, with the advent of population-based, assembly-line medicine, time has become a rarity.

Through my affiliation with MDVIP, I will provide service that is not hurried or shackled by institutional guidelines. I will educate my patients as they educate me. My understanding of patient values, habits, and home life will deepen. With this knowledge, the care I deliver will be tailored and thorough. As a result, my patients will be smarter, not only in regards to their health, but also with their lives. Together, we can work towards a healthier, happier you.

Seems that Dr. Hinchman always knows what is happening and why. He listens and discusses. I am feeling so much better this year than last year because of a treatment, CPAP, he prescribed. I almost gave up, but didn’t. He listened to me about that. Now it is easy, I sleep better, longer and my days are like when I was much younger.
