My passion as a primary care physician has always been and will continue to be providing personalized healthcare with an emphasis on prevention and wellness. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, you will be treated as if you are a member of my family, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will work with you each step of the way in making decisions toward achieving your goals and optimal health.
Having practiced in the Valley Stream community for over 35 years, I have been blessed to develop long-lasting relationships that is built on transparency, trust and honesty.

Dr.Sirota & some of his staff illustrate poor professionalism. He is very condescending and should not be doing patient care any longer. When did the medical field start charging a patient to pay a fee of $2400 a year in order for him to have you as a patient 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. This does not include your insurance. Did you forget the oath you took when you became a doctor? Shame on you

I truly like Doctor Sirota and I admire his knowledge but the staff working at the office is extremely incompetent. They canceled my appointment and didn't bother to notify me. I only found out the appointment was canceled because I was browsing the app. When I called the young lady claims that someone called me and left a voicemail which I explained no one called all day nor do I have a voicemail, I also told her I only found out because I was browsing the app to see if I needed to do anything before the appointment. Her lack of care and lack of sensitivity was a complete turn off saying the appointment is canceled anyway. If the doctor is not available after certain hours they really need to pay attention to what they confirm because they did confirm via email and via text but couldn't do either to cancel.

Very happy with my first appointment. Wait time was very reasonable. Desk staff were nice and efficient, as well as the nurse or PA. Dr Sirtota gave attention to every one of my concerns, and I appreciated his manner very much.

If you don’t want your time wasted, I advise you to go see another doctor.

2nd, the wait time to see the doctor is atrocious, with only 2 ppl ahead of me.
I waited for almost an hr before they called me into the patient room, then had to answer questions that I already answered when I submitted my patient questionnaire to them online prior to the appointment. Then I was moved to another patient room, where I waited another 10 minutes and still no doctor.
I just decided to leave and book an appointment with another doctor.
This facility has no regard or respect for people’s time!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sirota for over 20 years. He has been a wonderful Doctor and has always been on top of things that have arisen medically. A few months back my husband become very sick and Dr. Sirota took amazing care of my husband and was able to recommend specialists who were able to treat my husbands illness. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr Sirota for over a decade; I must say I have never encountered a more caring physician in all my years. He is very attentive to your medical history and your health . I feel very comfortable talking to him. He listens and tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear.

This is an excellent example of how doctors can be . This doc. is caring, pays attention to your needs , but , you have to do your part , help him to help you , let him know of any health problems on the on set and he will make it his duty to explore your situation for a quick resolution . He has a fast paced growing practice , but will find the time to answer any of your concern .
