When Dr. Jacobs decided to go with MDVIP and leave his Cary practice, I knew I had to stay with him. Paying the fee has been valuable to me with some of the health problems that I have experienced over the years. Dr. Jacobs and his team have always provided their valuable time that I need to exam each and every health issue. Dr. Jacobs and his nursing staff (Cheryl and Maggie) are AWESOME… See more
Due to Dr. Jacobs encouragement, I went on a whole foods, plant based diet and at age 74 lost weight for the first time in many years.
Dr. James Jacobs is undoubtedly the best doctor that I have ever had. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, current with medical advances, health conscious, and always available for my health needs. He cares about my health and advocates healthy living over prescription medication to improve and maintain a healthy life… See more
My doctor was aware of my hernia. He had referred me to a specialist but I had not acted on the recommendation for surgery. At 11:00 one Saturday night the hernia blew out and it was very painful. I pushed it back in, as the doctor had done. My wife called him and he picked up the phone immediately. He walked me through what to do and called me the next morning to check on me and to plan for… See more

Dr. Jacobs listens!
That's all you need to know.
He pays attention.
He spends the time to get to know how you are feeling both physically and mentally.
He should be the model for all doctors. If all physicians took the time to listen, people would be healthier, live longer, feel better about themselves.
Dr. Jacobs took me on as a patient after a scary ordeal with DVT's which my previous doctor mismanaged. Dr. Jacobs provided expert care when I needed it most. He is both incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and I am privileged to call him my doctor. He and his wonderful staff now care for my entire family.
Thank you, Dr. Jacobs, for being our doctor for so many years. Dalton and I always appreciated you so much and always depended on you to take good care of us in any health situation that we encountered, You are like part of our family. Happy Doctor's Day!
