Meet Jason Siegel, MD

As a family physician in Highland Village, Texas, I have the privilege of working with patients at all stages of life, from children to adults and entire families. I believe that helping a patient goes beyond just helping to diagnose illnesses and prescribe medications. It involves listening, educating and partnering with individuals to help them pursue their personal health goals. In my practice, I focus on a patient-centered approach to healthcare, which includes preventive care and patient education on how to best manage  chronic disease and acute illness.

I am passionate about promoting the foundations of health, which I believe are built on regular exercise, a healthy diet, quality sleep, stress management and meaningful relationships. I work with my patients as they implement these pillars of health while discussing any conditions they may have, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, emotional health  and more. I also enjoy working with families to care for multiple generations, helping them navigate health challenges and maintain wellness together.

My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. My goal is to help patients receive more proactive, personalized care.

When I'm not caring for my patients, I love spending time with my wife, Danielle, and our three young boys. We enjoy hiking, camping, traveling,  cooking and making memories together. I also prioritize my own health by engaging in weightlifting and other fitness activities.
