My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

My goal is to provide you with personalized healthcare, sometimes referred to as concierge medicine, which focuses on wellness and prevention of disease. As a board certified rheumatologist and internist who practices in Honolulu, I treat diseases that can affect the entire body.

As a rheumatologist, I treat diseases such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Psoriatic Arthritis. When treating these diseases, I take into consideration your whole body; and now through my affiliation with MDVIP, we will have additional resources available to us that can be incorporated into your treatment plans. Being that I am a female physician and a breast cancer survivor, I also have a special interest in women’s health.

I was born and raised in Maui and attended Baldwin High School. In my spare time I enjoy practicing Karate and have obtained a Black Belt. I hope to partner with you to create a healthy lifestyle incorporating unique and fun ways that relate to your hobbies.
