About Lanore Najor, DO
As a primary care physician, I am committed to the well-being of my patients. I believe in the power of preventive health measures to help enhance lives. My philosophy centers on a proactive approach to healthcare, education and personalized care.
By building stronger doctor-patient relationships, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and participating in their healthcare journey.
Through comprehensive screenings and having more time to spend with patients, I can work with them to develop unique action plans as they pursue their health goals. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.
Ultimately, my goal is not only to review illness, but foster partnerships with patients and support them as they work to improve their health.

Dr. Lanore Najor is a terrific doctor. She actually sits and listens to me and my concerns. She is a true quarterback. She has no problem referring me to a specialist for a follow-up. She has made a real difference in my health care.

I’m a patient of Dr. Lanore Najor. I’ve been a patient for approx 8 years. Because of her caring nature, thorough examinations and her regular follow-up, I insisted that my husband and son change physicians and become a part of the Najor team. I have so many issues at age 58. I need a hip replacement, had a breast reduction, in menopause, have a chronic cough, a painful lump on my small finger…

Dr Najor went out of her way to find a place where I could receive the antiviral infusion for Covid and set up an appointment for me. Knowing how busy she is I really appreciated that she took the time to do that for me.

She was my doctor for many years and went from my hero to a big zero. She charges $2100 to be her patient. If she has just 300 people paying her upfront do the math. She is who I counted on but I see that the money is most important, not the patient, and she gets rich while leaving long time patients like myself out in the cold. I thought she cared about me and others that can't afford her up front membership fees but now I see that she only cares about the money. Shame on you Dr. Najor.

extraordinary intelligence poured forth from the kind eyes in that alert face and i believed that her attention to detail during our initial discussion of my medical history augured well for a positive doctor/patient experience right from the very get-go (our first appt..!)
My last two primary care physicians in NYC (Dr. Monique Vizel-Schwartz and Dr. Sanford Friedman) have given me exceptional care over the past 30+ years and now that i have moved to Detroit... i feel very fortunate to have been accepted as one of Dr. Najor's

I'm so disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr. Najors for about 20 years. I changed my insurance provider just so I can continue to have her as my primary physician. She was thorough and a great physician. I made my annual appointments with her for my physicals, etc.. I had an upcoming appointment for my yearly physical, but I received a call today to inform me that if I didn't enroll in a program that she has that requires you to pay $2100 out of your own pocket, she will no longer see me. In which I can not pay that and my appointment was canceled. This is terrible business. So disappointed 😞

As a physician, she is very attentive and dedicated to her patients working to provide you the best care possible. wow these office workers are so rude!!! dr najor is a great doctor but she has some very inconsiderate and nasty people working for her. i even spoke to someone higher, I can’t remember her exact position but i believe her name was Lana, and she was very nasty, mean and rude to me. all i did was call to ask for a fitness for duty statement to be signed for my job, and they rudely told me it would take 7-10 days. whatever, i can deal with that, and i just chalked the rudeness up to her having a bad day. after over 2 weeks and no response, i called back and they told me they could not have this done because i was no longer a patient since i haven’t been in in a few years, again, very rudely. last time i checked you do not just stop being a patient at your pcp. she told me the next available appointment was late july and that’s all she could do for me, that would have been helpful to know the FIRST time i called. i am never compelled to write reviews but i have had such a negative and horrible experience with these people that i thought it was necessary. the situation was unfortunate and sucked, but the fact that everyone spoke to me in such an incredibly rude and demeaning way is what really put such a bad taste in my mouth. unfortunately, dr najor who is a great doctor, has lost a patient because of her rude and inconsiderate staff.

Dr Najor was very through and took time with me as a "new" patient. I appreciated how she made it east to get all my necessary routine tests completed. I was lucky to get scheduled for mammogram, bone Density, and blood panel all on the same day.

Dr. NAJOR is the BEST Internist I have EVER gone to!!!! I have been her pt for 30 yrs!! She is a great diognostian! She refers to the BEST specialists! Her staff is kind and caring. The only thing I believe is a problem is, she has SO many complicated pts, including me, she needs some HELP! Like someone who could see regular pts who just come in for sore throat, colds, etc. I think that would help the pt flow better.
