My goal as your primary care physician is to establish a partnership and a close relationship with you. I take a personal approach to medicine with each of my patients. I teach you about your body, diseases and mainly about prevention. I love compassion and understanding in medicine.
In addition to family medicine, my special interests are cardiovascular disease, preventive medicine and metabolic disorders. I also have a particular interest in women’s health.
After many years practicing in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida community, I have great relationships with many specialists who may be able to help you with your unique needs, when necessary.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

The biggest challenge we had were scores would’ve been much higher is that we’re covered under CIGNA healthcare, and Trinity, health or primary physician have words under contract dispute for approximately six months. Since some of our medical expenses were extremely high due to surgeries for period of time we had to use a different network. That made it tough to take advantage of the benefits

Great doctor that takes her time with you during my annual physical. You can tell she’s in no rush and compares the previous year to how you are doing today. Staff nice and you get everything done at the office. No running around to different labs, unless further testing is desired. Leaves you with all the info she tells you so when you get home you can look at it again. Most times you forget what they told you and when your spouse asks what did the doctor say you can’t remember.

As a new patient, you will need to know that while the address is Galt Ocean, there is no parking on Galt Ocean and you will need to come in from A1A but don't expect the incompetent staff to tell you that. When the nurse takes you back, expect to be in some tiny hallway area where she will do the intake, in the middle of which she will take and make phone calls so will not be focused on you while updating your family history, etc. The doctor I saw seemed pretty good, but this was primarily an appointment to establish care and she didn't ask if I had any other questions before rushing out of the room kind of abruptly. One the way out the receptionist barked at me to check out, again as a new patient I didn't know I had to go stand on the inside of the reception area and wait indefinitely for the only other person to deal with a bunch of appointments. I then asked the other barker about getting the after visit summary online at which point she barked at me again, had me wait and then handed me a piece of paper with instructions which I didn't review until I got home. Step 1 of the instructions was to leave your email with the check in desk. Wish she would have barked that at me! Needless to say this was NOT a good experience and I will only come here if I absolutely have to. Thankfully I have access to a wonderful doctor and staff out of state!

I have nothing negative to say about Dr Lambert BUT the staff is the worst. Numerous calls to try to get an opinion from the doctor and leaving messages with her assistant. No return calls after 2 different days of me calling. My third call I did get through and her response was not acceptable. Called again today cause I cannot go in for appointment since I tested positive for Covid and was assured I would get a call back. It is 5:15 pm and it didn’t happen. So there you have it a Friday night and no way to talk with the doctor. It should be noted they did suggest a zoom appointment next Tuesday!!! A little late for someone that is really sick. Feel like I need an antibiotic since I also have symptoms of sinus infection. All the assistant needed to do was check with the doctor if that could be done. It should be noted that this isn’t the first time I NEVER received a call back within 2 days. I’ve always had to call again. A real shame because I liked the doctor. If I didn’t have Covid, I would go to an urgent care.
