About Louis Bierman, DO
Caring for patients has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Throughout my career as a family physician in Langhorne, PA, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals and families through many stages of life, building relationships that often span generations. As a board-certified osteopathic family physician, I have always believed that great healthcare starts with understanding the whole person, not just treating symptoms. My goal is to listen, partner with my patients and help them achieve their best possible health.
At one point, I thought it was time to step away from practicing medicine. However, I quickly realized how much I missed caring for patients and being a trusted resource in their lives. Returning to practice reaffirmed what I have always known: medicine isn't just my profession; it's my passion. Over the years, I have developed strong relationships with a wide network of specialists and healthcare professionals through private practice and my work as an attending physician at St. Mary's Medical Center. These connections help ensure my patients receive coordinated, high-quality specialty care when needed.
As an MDVIP-affiliated primary care physician, I practice medicine the way I believe it should be practiced: with time, availability, and a genuine focus on each patient's individual needs. I don’t rush through appointments; I take my time to understand concerns, answer questions and develop personalized care plans. My practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests that go far beyond those found in traditional primary care practices. I also offer concierge-like benefits, such as same-day or next-day appointments, and you can reach me, your doctor, directly during and after hours. Most importantly, I’m committed to being a physician who is available, attentive and truly invested in helping my patients live healthier lives.

Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
