Dr Malinow, the best doctor I have ever had. He is certainly brilliant and more than knowledgeable. check ups are hours not minutes. He always seems to be available thru his competent help . He puts out a newsletter regularly that I share with others . Thank you Dr Lou for being you....................

I had a previous doctor before I saw Dr Lou Malinow and when I went to see her she prescribed a med and I was getting sicker, fainting and and swelling up with fluid. I called and they said they couldn't see me. My daughter was working with Dr at that time and they got me in the office immediately. Make a long story short, I was hospitalized for 10 days. Dr Lou said my organs were shutting down, had a blood clot in my heart. He had the best specialists coming in to check me out from head to toe. I had all kinds of tests taken and Dr Lou was there every day to check on me. If I didn't have Dr Lou at this time I wouldn't be here to praise him.

He is an exceptional doctor. He spends time listening to your issues and very compassionate. So many people ask me what's my secret and tell them Dr Malinow because I don't look like I'm almost 81. I hear all the time thst I look like I am in my late 50's or early 60's. I do everything that he recommends for me and what supplements and prescribed meds.

I fell so blessed that he is my doctor. He does a lot of research that he shares with all of us. He is really one of the smartest doctors that I have ever met.

I have known Lou since he was very young. We moved into his neighborhood/same street way back in the 70’s. Then the Malinow’s moved out of the neighborhood and next thing I knew I became a patient along with my mother about 2002-first as my PCP and then my MDVIP. He was recommended by a medical technician as being a great diagnostician. He IS that and more! He is compassionate, caring, upfront, so knowledgeable both medically and otherwise. My husband became a patient a few years later. He passed of Carcinoma of Unknown Primary in 2020 and because of Lou’s referrals including to a specialist at Sloan Kettering, I believe we were able to have him in our lives for 2 years. We are forever grateful for that. I live 45 minutes away from Lou’s office and still go to him. He and his entire staff are amazing.

Lou Malinow saved my life. That statement is not hyperbole. It is the God’s honest truth. Five years ago Lou saw something he didn’t like with my PSA number. The number was not high but had risen about 50% from the last test results. Lou suggested that I see my Urologist to receive a different blood test and so I did. My Urologist said to me, (this is probably Lou just overreacting). He did, however, perform the blood test Lou asked for. The next day I received a call from my Urologist. He asked if I could come to the office that day. I said yes, and went to his office. He sat me down and told me I had prostate cancer. That’s when he told me, “Lou saved your life”. Then the process started to deal with the cancer. I will never forget what Lou Malinow did for me and I always try to thank him when we meet. I think he gets a little embarrassed when I say, THANK YOU. I have been a patient of Lou’s even before he joined MDVIP. Lou Malinow is my friend and my doctor. He may be the smartest person I’ve ever met. He listens, he advises and I try to follow his advice, most of the time. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for Lou. MDVIP is lucky to have him as part of your organization. Lou is a credit to his profession and to our society. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have Lou as a physician and as a friend. Y
