Margaret S. Lunt, MD

We decided to join MDVIP after Covid hit. We interviewed a few internists and decided that Margaret Lunt would be the best fit for us and were delighted to know other doctors and friends who highly recommended her.

We have not been disappointed one bit. She is absolutely attentive, and compassionate. She conveys information to us intelligently and patiently. We have called her for references for a number of issues and she has been ultra responsive and helpful with advice. We cannot recommend her highly enough. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be her patients.

There are countless things I could write but will focus on this recent event. On examination, Dr. Margaret (Meg) Lunt noticed light-headedness that appeared to be associated with low blood pressure. Because I have a high risk of falls, she had me reduce my bp medication, then notified my cardiologist, who wanted to reverse her action. He was understandably more concerned about a cardio-pulmonary emergency caused from high blood pressure. With her characteristic energy and warmth, Meg worked a medical compromise with the usually rigid cardiologist., my blood pressure has since been nearly always in a safe range with minimal light-headedness.

Without concierge medical care that coordinates among providers, and especially without Meg's gentle but persistent human relations skills, I almost certainly would today be at greater risk of falling because of low blood pressure.

I could write a novel about the wonderful care I have received, and still receive by my M.D., Margaret Lunt, but I won't bore you with the details, just the basic, most important facts. Dr. Lunt is: Caring, efficient, pro-active, intelligent, up to date with new medicines, quick to schedule patients for procedures, knowledgeable to what procedures you need done, in touch with your other physicians, always reachable at home, immediately responsive to your calls and messages, a doctor that is in no hurry to rush you out of the office, in every way, the best doctor I've ever had ! I have lived in Europe for most of my life, so I was used to the excellent medical care that you receive there. When I cam to the United States, I was constantly searching for a Doctor that would give me the same care as I received over there. After many, many disappointing experiences with the health care here in Utah, I was elated to finally find a doctor, Margaret Lunt, that is on par with European doctors. Thank you so much for your wonderful manner and special care Dr. Lunt! 

Over my years in coming into contact with many physician, Meg is one of the most caring physicians that I have ever met. Not only is she a great doctor, she takes the time to listen to your personal life and "cares". I appreciate her more and more each time that i see her. And, oftentimes, she will send a text just to see how I am doing. This, I feel, is a rarity in the medical profession. Thank you, Meg, I respect, love and appreciate your "caring".
