About Marina Manvelyan, MD
Practicing medicine is a passion and a calling for me. It truly is a unique art where physician’s knowledge, past experiences, insight and technical abilities all come together to provide effective and compassionate care to patients. There is no place for compromise. My goal is to provide the best medical care possible. My patients are like family to me and I love them dearly. I did not have a pleasant experience during my visit with Dr. Manvelyan’s office.
I value my time, and I made sure to plan ahead. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM, and I arrived at 8:40 AM to allow time for parking and to complete any necessary paperwork as a first-time patient.
My first concern was the lack of professionalism at the front desk. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. A simple “good morning” or basic courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing. It immediately set an uncomfortable tone.
At 9:30 AM, I checked in again to confirm my appointment time, thinking there may have been a misunderstanding. I was told my appointment was indeed at 9:15 AM, so I continued to wait, assuming there was a delay.
By 9:45 AM, after waiting well beyond my scheduled time, I approached the front desk again. I was then told—rudely—that “new patients take an hour.” This was never communicated beforehand. At that point, I clarified whether that meant an hour wait or an hour visit, as I had already been waiting 45 minutes without being seen.
What stood out most was the complete lack of acknowledgment. Not even an apology or a simple “thank you for your patience,” which would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and inconsiderate.
Given the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for my time, I requested a refund and chose to leave. This experience made it clear what I could expect from this office moving forward, and I will not be returning.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no patient should feel dismissed or undervalued when seeking medical care.

Thank You to Dr. Manvelyan and her staff for their compassionate and caring care. I so appreciate all they did to keep prescriptions current during the time the office was closed while office cleaning was done after the Eaton Canyon fire. Patients were so blessed and fortunate that Dr. Manvelyan could reopen her office and practice after a devastating wildfire with destruction all around her building.

She is absolutely one of the doctor. I brought my daughter in to see her years ago. She was having a high blood pressure attack. She took and checked her out. Mine you this was after 5 PM.

Dr. Manvelyan is an excellent physician. She discusses medical issues very thoroughly and answers questions my daughter or I have. She is caring and is on the cutting edge of new technology and changes in the medical field. Her specialty referrals are just as committed as she is to her patients. She has always been available when I need her. I'm lucky she is so much younger than me!!!

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Marina Manveylan. She was my husband's doctor when we remarried. When she changed to being a concierage doctor, we knew that we wanted to continue receiving the excellent care that she was providing. We are very pleased with the additional support that she is able to provide as a concierage doctor. Although I was receiving adequate care from my primary physician, after talking with others I realized that I needed the additional attention that Dr. Manveylan could provide because she had the time to fully look at everything, so I enrolled in her program. It is good to know that we can always get an immediate response if needed to any of our questions or concerns. We are grateful have Dr. Manveylan as our primary physician...and she makes sure that when needed that we see the specialist for our particular issue at the time.

My only complaint is the past two years I did not receive an invoice for membership. I then receive a late notice a month later. The late notice has my correct address so you have the correct information. My husband's (same address) invoice comes in a timely manner.
I love my wonderful Dr. Manvelyan who is very knowledgeable, caring, and available when I need her.

Dr Marina Manvelyan is one of the most amazing doctors have come across . I work in health care industry for the past 20 years and have dealt with thousands of providers on the professional and personal level. I have chosen Dr. Manvelyan to be my doctor and my parents' doctor not only because her knowledge is impeccable, but also because she is really invested into taking care of her patients, every patient's case is personal to her, she has incredible bedside manners and very calm demeanor. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. Both my husband and I use her. It's been great to be able to call or text her in a crisis or just for information. Her office staff is responsive so prescriptions get filled easily and quickly and it's possible to get in to see her that day or the next. When I had major surgery, she came to see me and had me come to see her as soon as I was able to check on me. The surgeons have you wait a couple of weeks or more! She is available even on weekends for advice or services if needed plus we can go in and talk things over when medical treatment is confusing and decisions have to be made. I have used some alternative sources for help and she has been open to that. She also knows many specialists in our area and suggests seeing them when called for. Very, very helpful.
