Dr. Matsumoto and her staff are the best I've ever had. I had a heart operation last year, and have congestive heart failure. I am extremely short of breath and my pleural cavity constantly fills with fluid. These problems are chronic, with no apparent permanent solution. My husband and I have been with MDVIP Dr Matsumoto for several years now, After being on her waitlist for many months. we experienced another local MDVIP Dr. During our wait and there was no comparison to the service, treatment and care. Dr Matsumoto and her staff genuinely care, respect and treat their patients like family. This physician is a concierge doctor only. The office claims that it is unable to correct the confusion and this doctor is Not Taking new patients and will not be able to refer out to an "internist" because that is this doctor's primary focus. Sadly, my daughter has suffered and thought this doctor would be available for appointment. We will be contacting UMC to find out Why this doctor is listed as available on this insurance, yet unavailable to make common appointments within that system. This is quite ridiculous!!

I got into the program because I thought she can help me with my migraine. I have tricare prime and still willing to pay extra to get rid of the pain. All I got was bills and prescriptions for more medication that NEVER worked.
I ended up in nellis emergency with such severe pain that I couldn't move and being able to dress myself.
Thank God that the neurologist in nellis hospital knew what to do and finally I got the right treatment and feel again like a human being and not being a guinea pig for all the pills she experimented on me.i cancelled my subscription and now I am getting bills from 7 months ago and every month I am getting a new one.
When I questioned about it the secretary told me the accountant doesn't keep track in time.
So why should I pay a bill dated February when I cancelled my subscription in June?my husband also has a subscription and I am trying very hard to make him understand it is just a waste of money having her as a doctor.

Dr Matsumoto and her staff are awesome! They take my calls for questions or requests for appointments and I have answers or a scheduled appointment within minutes. Dr M has seen me through some major life altering surgeries and is responsible for the outstanding surgeons I’ve had.

She stays abreast of the latest medical research and current clinical practices, is able to translate information into practical application pertinent to my health issues. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Matsumoto. She is kind, attentive and truly listens. She has made adjustments in my supplements - specifically adding Vitamin D3 - that have made more difference in my cholesterol control than anything else - and all without nasty side effects. Dr. Matsumoto is smart, well-research and definitely stays up on current findings. I think she's the best doctor I've ever had. I only wish I had found her sooner!

I went for my annual physical report. Dr. Matsumoto explained it all to me in layman’s terms. Almost everything was normal. She thought my iron was a little low, so wanted to repeat the test in a month.
She gave me a thorough physical exam and reported everything normal.
