Came down with a bad case of the flu. Called at 8:00 am to see if I could make an appointment with Dr. Matsumoto. I felt awful. She was able to see me at 9:00am. A nurse took down all of my information and then I saw the doctor. She spent ;quite a while asking me questions. She then ordered me an antibiotic and thermoflu. She also gave me an inhaler.

I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the doctor but with Dr. M that is not the case. She is a good, kind, attentive doctor who provides the best care I can imagine.
I chose Dr. Matsumoto to be my physician when I moved here in 2000. When she joined MDVIP I had to make a different choice. As soon as I was able I also joined MDVIP and once again was able to have Dr. Matsumoto as my physician. Dr. Matsumoto is very patient, always willing to take the time to listen during my appointments. She also respects my preference for a more natural approach to solving health issues and even makes suggestions with that in mind.
Dr. Mavis Matsumoto has been my primary care physician since 2001 and she has helped me with many health problems that I have had over the last 17 years. I do not have any dramatic stories to share, but the fact that I am 78 years old and in good health proves that she did a great job. I appreciate her very much and I would recommend her to every one.

Dr. Matsumoto is always available for any concerns that I may have. Fortunately I am in good health, but when I go for my yearly physical Dr. Matsumoto always gives me the time to review my reports and follow up on any needed procedures.
The high level of care as well as the personal patient relationship we have established with Dr. Matsumoto has made MDVIP the best health decision we have made.
