My son introduced me to Dr Karing many years ago. He’s been my Dr ever since. I love being able to talk to him whenever I need to and he knows me very well. I’m not embarrassed or afraid to tell him my personal feelings and thoughts about my health because he always listens. That’s pretty good for a 93 year old patient. Dr Karing is very knowledgeable and takes great care in his treatment plans. Staying healthy is of upmost importance; however illness still occurs. PSA. This Dr charges an annual $2100 fee to see him and be under his care?! His assistant Sam described this as a concierge service and its not covered by insurance or Medicare. Just wanted you to be aware. I've never heard of this. It's not like medical expenses aren't expensive as it is!

Dr Karing and I attended the same college of pharmacy. Physicians who have a previous degree in pharmacy are excellent when it comes to knowing about prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs. He’s a very caring physician. He gives me the time and empathy that I appreciate. And he’s very Christian individual. I respect him very much.

Dr. Karing has now been my doctor for over 2 years. It has been a great experience in having a real doctor who listens to you and responds completely to your questions. We've talked about medications other doctors had me on and together decided which made sense and which didn't really work for me. But, it was all done in a very orderly way and totally with my agreement. I've never felt hurried through an appointment. He's helped me through some rough problems and given me one medication that no one else ever suggested that has worked what I consider a miracle. He is great doctor.

My wife and I switched over to Dr. Karing a few years ago and MDVIP. We have really enjoyed having him as our primary care doctor. He is very available, and never makes us feel rushed. We liked him so much that I have switched my mother to his care and I am so VERY glad that I did. She adores him. Just last night she had need to call after hours, and sure enough, Dr Karing spoke to her and reassured her about her blood sugar levels. I can tell you one thing; I'm sure having that ability to speak with him likely gave her more sleep last night, and probably gave me extra sleep as well! Thank you Dr. Karing!!

I've never had a doctor so willing to spend time with me, explain treatment options, and be available 24/7. He has responded to emails at 10 at night! Appointments never feel rushed. He actually listens. He will recommend supplements as well as ordinary prescriptions. He is not "primary care physician as referee and coordinator with specialists" but, truly, a "primary care physician" where the need for specialists is an exception. I'm 77 years old and I've had maybe one other doctor, a specialist, so relaxed in his personal presentation during visits. He limits his practice so he's not overwhelmed with patient demands. If you're looking for a new general practice doctor, whatever the reason, start with Dr. Karing. He even allows a no charge "meet and greet" so you (and he) can determine if you are a good fit for each other. My wife and I feel blessed to have found him.

Dr. Karing has been my PCP for 22 years. We moved over 60 miles away after he became my doctor. I have made this drive for 15 years now because he offers the kind of care that I want. Each visit he spends time with me until I have no more questions and been thoroughly examined and the issue is resolved or in the process of resolution. I never feel rushed to meet a time constraint.

Dr Katrina has changed my attitude toward doctors. He is there to really help you assess your problem areas. He is available all of the time and can reached easily in case of a emergency. I was in a swim class one day with 12 women.and they were all complaining about doctors. I was the only one in class that was very satisfied and happy with my doctor.

My wife and I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Karing as our physician. His philosophy of care is in line with our ideas of health. He listens very well, and is willing to look at evidence of alternative methods of treatments. He understands that we are intelligent, involved patients, and treats us accordingly.

Not only does Dr. Karing provide outstanding medical care, his bedside manner is second to none. His staff are equally skilled and attentive to our needs. My health had been declining for a few years and none of the 4 specialists I had previously seen were able to pinpoint the cases. Thankfully, through MDVIP I found Dr Karing and and he was quickly able to pinpoint the medical care and lifestyle changes I needed to make to return me to health. My wife was so impressed, she became a patient as did my son.

Dr. Karing has been my doctor for about fifteen years (maybe longer) and since he began the MDVIP program his approach has definitely become that of my health provider and wellness coach instead of just treating my ailments when they arise. Coincidently when I responded to the email I had just been reading Keep Sharp: Build a Better Brain at Any Age by Sanjay Gupta, M.D. and had just finished Chapter 9,."Putting It All Together, 12 Weeks to Sharper" where he describes his advice through twelve steps. To my surprise, I learned that I am for the most part practicing his advice and greatly owe Dr.Karing's advice and guidance for my condition. I am an eighty four year old man who weighs the same as when I graduated collage and am in better shape, both mentally and physically, as I have been for most of my adult life. Thank you Dr. Karing.

Dr Karing has exceeded expectations on a number of occasions. While traveling at a conference in California, I developed kidney stones. He immediately arranged for the care and medicines that I needed. This is just one example of many that Dr. Karing arranged for after hour urgent needs to be met quickly and efficiently.
