Best doctor I have ever had, if you could clone Dr Stevens and have him be PCP to millions we would all live in a better world.

We are so happy we found Dr. Stevens. We feel his expertise in the medical field will be of great advantage to us as patients. Having him as our primary physician is a blessing.

I never got a call back from this office about scheduling an appointment, when I called them myself they very rudely said they’re no longer taking any more patients. This is just my personal experience. I’m sure others have been positive.

If you can afford the MDVIP membership, this doctor and his team are the best.

I have been in Dr. Stevens care for 17 years and joined MDVIP so I could continue care in his practice. His compassion, concern and knowledge base are all excellent. No matter what I have needed in the way of referrals or discussing health issues, he has been there for me. As a recently retired physician I want to be in the best hands and Dr. Stevens has never given me reason to look elsewhere for the best care.

I love Dr. Stevens' office staff. I see Elena and she is a very kind and wonderful health care provider. She puts the personal touch back in health care. She is genuinely concerned for my well being and I'm not just a medical record number in a computer. She takes the time during my appointment to listen to my concerns. It's great to get same day appointments. I'm so thankful I'm a patient in this office. She is helping me get healthy.

Extremely satisfied with quality of care. Appointments are scheduled quickly. Meeting with Health Care Professional is on time and last as long as necessary. Very professional. This is the way Health Care was meant to be. Well worth the cost. We love meeting with Maria, Nurse Practitioner and if necessary Dr Stevens. Outstanding!

Regards walking slower because of being old. I'm 79 and walk briskly nearly every morning for about 45 min.as did my Father in his retirement. In so doing I get good cardio, calorie burn and improved breathing. I do indoor exercises as well as Dr. Stevens is aware.
Father lived to 93.

Don't listen to the reviews! Dr. Michael Stevens is amazing! Me and my husband have been patients of his for many years. He is super smart, kind, caring and the absolute best!!

As a retired physician, I am uniquely qualified to judge another physician's
knowledge and practice of the art of medicine. I researched Dr Stevens' background and training and was reassured that he had all the necessary qualifications to mange my medical problems. His pleasant, affable bedside manner was an added plus. I have come to consider him a friend, as well as my personal physician. Kudos to his excellent staff as well.

We really like Dr. Stevens BUT his staff is horrible!!!! They are rude NOT helpful. My husband has had blood work twice and each time the reason we went it never got the right test done. First time it took 7 phone calls and 2 weeks to get results and they did the wrong test!!! Second time we went back for different reason and samething has happen.
We did talk to Dr. but he made up an excuses for his staff.

We will not be back!!!!

All of the people who work there are great. I think it would help a lot if
1. All of the associates wore name tags with large print
2. When answering the phone they add "this is Lily speaking". If they don't do that you have no idea who it is you are talking to.

I'm extremely blessed to be a patient of Dr. Stevens. He's the doctor that I've searched so hard to find. Dr. Stevens is professional, caring, clinically adroit, and very experienced. He's an excellent listener and goes out of his way to get to know his patients. He spends time with me at each visit and never makes me feel rushed. I feel like I have a relationship with my doctor, who is a partner in helping me to achieve my health care goals. He has a great sense of humor and a very upbeat personality. He is everything that I want my doctor to be. And I am GRATEFUL!!!

Folks Dr. Stevens is a great Doctor we left his practice because of his staff did not follow-up on any referrals and very long wait times to make a appointment. Several calls for refills. After over a year with much frustration we left. My husband is still grieving because of losing Dr. Stevens.. Again, Dr. Stevens is the best....

Love this last post on sugar. I've just started looking at added sugars in my diet. Trying to stay under 10g per day. It's really helped my arthritis and fibromyalgia pain. Studying SARs/Covid's impact on sugar attaching to Beta Cells resulting in increased insulin production. I think the vaccines have created a pseudo environment in my body. Just a thought. Anyway, I improved immediately after cutting added sugars. Still a ways to go.

I love seeing Dr. Michael Stevens. We are using Elana Barriga NP as our main practioner. She is great, one of the best I ever had. Would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Stevens is a good doctor one of the kindest and most compassionate people I know and I feel a great loss by not being able to see him but he's only going to accept patients that are in the mdvip program which is a very costly program cost you $1,800 a year for membership to see him if you're healthy you won't need to pay $1,800 to see a general practitioner you can go find one for $50 to $150 office visits you're only going to see him once a year for physical it's not worth it most older doctors that are experienced are going to the mdvip program I don't think anyone should have to pay a membership fee to see a doctor it's like paying a membership fee to have free delivery from Amazon or a membership free from Walmart to get lower prices the mdvip program is ridiculously dumb I've only had three office visits in 2 years is it worth $1,800 no you should shop somewhere else. They're open Monday through Thursday and they take 2-hour lunches between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. and they're closed on Friday so you see all that advertising and the doctor has posted how easy it is to reach him that's only if you're in an accident and it's an emergency you can't reach him at all you have to schedule it through the mdvip computer. I also had three common prescriptions and had to manage the refills myself through my pharmacist when needed to refilled. You need to look at the reviews of the mdvip company in Florida they've been sued for millions of dollars of malpractice and some of the reviews are sickening to read. mdvip is a failing membership company they went around and sold their program to competent experienced good doctors that had filing issues with insurance companies when they were running their private practice. doctors could have all gotten together for a class class action lawsuit against the insurance companies that were unwilling to pay for services that were rendered by the doctor to their patients. instead a lot of doctors now just go to the mdvip program and are guaranteed a certain amount of salary that they can depend on. This all stems from the thank you I need to give out to president Hussain Obama for getting the government involved in the private Health Care sector of business this is a capitalistic country not a socialistic country. I have friends who live in Scotland when they need to go to the doctor they have no appointment they just show up and wait for hours and if they have a sore the doctor will do a biopsy and run a test and let you know within 30 days. if it's cancerous or not if it's found to be cancerous but not growing you'll be put on a list to have the sore removed in 90 days or more till they get the appointment. when my friends from Scotland want to watch their television they've paid a luxury tax to purchase the television and the city they live in they need to file for a permit to watch the television. Scotland has policeman who drive around the cities at night looking for television light changing in the windows of people's residents and checks to see if they have a permit to watch the television if they do not have a permit They will receive a knock at the door and a written warning to take care of the matter they will receive up to three written warnings after three written warnings there are fines All socialistic European countries have failed a socialistic country like England or Scotland or Australia or any of them anywhere will decide for you what is essential and what is a luxury and they will tax you on the luxury items if you do not believe me do your own internet article or news article investigation on your internet search I talk to my friends in Scotland they've visited me here in Arizona but I've never been to Scotland they drive diesel cars that are 4 cylinder and pay around 11 US dollars per gallon when a socialistic country decides what is essential and what is a luxury to you in your life they have taken away your freedom your freedom of choice your freedom of speech and we'll decide for you and you will have no choice in the matter.

Worst experience ever with a medical provider. Front office staff are incompetent and rude. Doctor's and physicians assistants are incapable of completing a simple request to write a script for an autistic child's therapy services. After two appointments and a written example of the script needed to satisfy the state requirements, the script was not written correctly. In order to get the script corrected office staff wanted us to make a third appointment & pay a third office visit fee. In total, we would be paying $450.00 in office visit fees, in order to receive a script for therapies my child has required/received for years. A simple 3 minute brainless activity was turned into a 3 month fiasco by this medical provider office. It's as if this practice is selling scripts rather than providing them for medically needed services. (Unethical & insuranace fraud comes to mind?!)

Dr.Stevens has been my husbands doctor for several years. He is caring, understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone

Have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Stevens and his staff. Have found my doctor of choice since moving to Scottsdale from LA and will continue to use him as my PCP on a go forward basis. Elena the NP is a rock star, highly recommend if you are in need of a primary who can fit you in within a reasonable time and not wait six months to be seen.

Couldn't ask for a more caring Dr.! He has spent as much time as I need to explain what's going on with my health. Would tell everyone to go to his office! The staff is very kind and gentle.

Called 6 times across the last two weeks. No one ever picked up the phone, and despite my leaving messages I've never been called back. I just want to set up an appointment, but there's no website alternative to do so.

I would give Dr. Stevens and staff 10 stars if I could. Professional caring doctor who is always there for you. Fully explains your health issues and most importantly, actively listens and hears you.

I may be financially forced to leave Dr. Steven's practice because of the expense. He has been my PC for nearly 23 years. It breaks my heart to be forced out of his practice. I have parts A, B, C and D which cost a fortune. Now it's $450/3 months just to say Dr Stevens is my PC. Not worth it!
