My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Health, to me, is understanding a person’s physical, emotional, mental, psychological and spiritual well-being and how they all work together. As your personal physician, I believe that everyone’s health is specific to each individual’s needs. In my MDVIP-affiliate practice, you will be treated as a real person and not just another number in a patient log.

I am a board certified internal medicine doctor. I use my knowledge and years of experience to care for patients based on evidence-based medicine. I completed residency in a dual internal medicine and pediatrics program, which gives me a unique perspective on how I interact with my patients. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness by incorporating more healthy food choices, exercise, intermittent fasting (as appropriate) and allopathic medicine to help my patients as they pursue improved health.

My primary care practice is located in Arlington, Texas. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.
